In summer, mountaineering, hiking, rafting and mountain biking, in winter snow board, ski and nordic walking in the wood are some of the most popular leisure activities that you can choose.

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

In the summer, the location is great for enjoying the peaceful mountain or going trekking/mountain biking to the lakes.
