Our apartment is located at an altitude of 850 meters, surrounded by greenery and situated at the foot of the Pizzo Badile from which you can enjoy a beautiful view. At the back of the house there is a spacious garden with a barbecue area, and a few steps away only upon reservation and with an ADDITIONAL COST you can use the outdoor relaxation area with a wood-heated tub and Finnish sauna reserved for two and a half hours. After a short walk (5 min) you will reach the village center with grocery stores, restaurants and a bus connection. It is only a few minutes by car from the Monticolo Lakes or Lake Caldaro. The state capital of Bolzano is also only 18 minutes by car. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions.

The property being close to the medieval castle is not accessible by your own means, we use our car to bring guests and luggage. However, it is a 200-meter walk in the green of the hill.
