Functional two-room apartment consisting of a living room with a kitchenette and a dining area. In the living room there is also a foldaway double bed and a single sofa bed. In the other room, there is a bunk bed and a single bed. Reserved parking space. Reserved locker at the ski storage. The apartment is part of a residential complex that has a shopping center with a market, restaurant, self-service laundry, and a games room. Im Wohnzimmer steht der berühmte ovale Tulip-Tisch und im Außenbereich der runde Tisch von Eero Saarinen, begleitet von Moises-Stühlen, die als Kunstwerk des 21. Jahrhunderts gefeiert wurden.
