Beautiful family apartment with pool

The apartment has been completely renovated, we thought of it as our home. From the balcony overlooking the park, the swimming pool and the residence's tennis court with a view of the Dolomites. There is a large private parking lot in front of the apartment, a game room and at the entrance of the residence there is a supermarket, a sports center with gym, a bar and a children's playroom. There is a bike path a stone's throw from the house and a huge pine forest. The ski slopes are 1 km away.

The 60m² apartment consists of a living area with sofa bed, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Boasting a mountain view, the charming house consists of an open living room with access to a private, ground-level terrace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom with a shower, a bidet and a WC. The property can therefore accommodate 4 people.

The 70 m² family apartment in the "Stomperhof" is located in Caldaro on the Wine Road and thus only 5 minutes by car from Lake Caldaro. The apartment consists of a living/dining area, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and thus can accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite TV, while a baby crib and high chair are available upon request.

L'alloggio si trova a Ranzo, un piccolo paese di montagna del comune Vallelaghi di Trento, raggiungibile con una strada che offre una vista panoramica su tutta la valle. La posizione strategica di questo paese permette di essere a metà strada tra le mete turistiche più gettonate del Trentino: Riva del Garda, Molveno, Monte Bondone e Trento (Tutte più o meno raggiungibili in 30/40 minuti in macchina).

Garden & Wellness "LeVigne" ( ab Ostern 2023 eröffnet )wurde von unserem Studio als Designapartment konzipiert, streng Made in Italy und mit Möbeln, die Designgeschichte geschrieben haben. Im Wohnzimmer steht der berühmte ovale Tulip-Tisch und im Außenbereich der runde Tisch von Eero Saarinen, begleitet von Moises-Stühlen, die als Kunstwerk des 21. Jahrhunderts gefeiert wurden.
