We had a pretty nice stay, big parking lot near the property, calm neighborhood, well equipped kitchen, bathroom. I would recommend the place. Good price also!

I absolutely loved the cottage. My whole stay there was all I hoped it would be and more.From arriving it felt like home so Cosy and quiet with lovely neighbours .I am definitely booking for next year.Shackerstone is "my Happy place"I wish I had made my visit much sooner.Going back to my roots brought joy to my soul.Being able to stay in your dear little cottage was the icing on the cake I couldn't have found anywhere better to stay in. Roll on next year and 59 Church Walk home from home.🫶

Super comfy beds, lovely bathroom facilities and a wonderful property! It was a little warm inside but the weather didn’t help that by any means (it was boiling). Amanda and Duncan were both incredible hosts too, we didn’t meet, but their responsiveness and flexibility was fantastic!

We stayed for three weeks. It was like staying in your own home. The lodge had everything you could want, including a fully fitted kitchen, lounge with sofa, dining table, tv etc and a very comfortable bed. The location was great with a good selection of restaurants and pubs within a short drive. Upon arriving we were greeted by both Sharron and Mark who explained all about the lodge. Very safe and private for your vehicle and the internet was great for the times I unfortunately had to work. Will definitely stay again. Thank you so much Sharron and Mark. It was great meeting you and thank you for all of your hard work in making it a very enjoyable holiday.
