Perfectly peaceful and quiet location which was what we wanted. Ideally located for Rippon and surrounding areas. Hosts were very helpful and communicated really well right up to our arrival.

Lovely house in a beautiful location. Belinda was so helpful at every step. Would highly recommend as a place for a lovely get together!

We have just come back from a wonderful stay at the Biblins hosted by Linda and Dave. Beautiful location and accommodation and they were wonderful hosts with nothing being too much trouble. We arrived early and the room was already available which enabled us to make so much more of our first day. There are some beautiful local walks with one that took us along the river and canal in to Ripon which was about 4 miles away. Both Harrogate and Ripon are only a short drive away so there is plenty to see locally. They booked us a table at the local pub for the first night for us and our dog and it was a lovely atmosphere with good pub food at a very reasonable price. The village is incredibly peaceful and was perfect for the quiet weekend that we were looking for. Overall a lovely stay with even lovelier hosts and we would certainly recommend and return.

I wanted a quite people free location to enjoy a couple of days “ away from the world “ that was clean and safe off road parking ; it had to be warm if I wanted it. The large electric Rointe radiator and the towel rail in the bathroom were spot on. As was the spacious walk in shower ; the wc worked efficiently as did the wash basin plug- often both these items have issues. The recommended places to eat. The Free house pub 100 yards away , G&Ts farm cafe and the Himalayan Gardens are all delightful places to enjoy No views from the cottage. But the privacy was the nicest aspect of staying there
