Man erreicht 2 Autobahnen in 5 Minuten (A9 und A38), sowie eine weitere in 10 Minuten (A14). Sie wohnen zentral in der Region Mitteldeutschland. Leipzigs Zentrum erreicht man mit der S-Bahn in 20 Minuten.

50 sqm furnished apartment (1st floor on the left) in Markranstädt/ OT Kulkwitz directly on the outskirts of Leipzig, near Kulkwitzer See, one of many lakes of Leipzig's New Zealand.
