Die Unterkunft liegt im historischen Stadtkern. In 5 min gelangt Ihr zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle und Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs sowie Pizzalieferdiensten. Kostenlose Parkplätze findet Ihr unweit der Unterkunft (ca. 1 Minute) Zur Autobahn sind es weniger als 5 Minuten. Also ideal für eine kurze Rast bevor die Reise weiter geht. Oft ist das Haus nicht buchbar, obwohl es eigentlich frei ist. Fragt also gern nach, wenn es spontan sein muss oder Ihr länger bleiben möchtet.

Comfortable detached architectural house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, the A9 motorway exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes away. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

The magnificent holiday home with its own terrace and forest property is located in the Göhrenz district of Markranstädt just outside Leipzig. The high-quality and luxuriously furnished house impresses with its proximity to Kulkwitzer Lake. Free parking, a fireplace and a private playground. The special service includes all-inclusive drinks, snacks and hygiene items. Pure luxury is available with XXL flat-screen TVs and LED lighting as well as a large corner bathtub.

The 120 sqm vacation home is idyllically located on a farm near the Saale. It has 2 floors, each with a sleeping and living area (play corner for our little guests) as well as a spacious bathroom. On the 2nd floor, you will find a sauna in our bathroom that is exclusively available to you. On the first floor, a farmhouse kitchen invites you to cook. The courtyard can be used freely. A terrace invites you to relax. A grill and fireplace are provided.

Calm loft in the heart of Leipzig

If you like it rather unconventional, this is the right place for you. The loft is located in a very quiet courtyard in a farm building from the turn of the last century. There are 2 workshops (no noise!) for design students in the private courtyard. The Airbnb is on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor are our private rooms and a studio. Here you will find a perfect retreat with a wide view of the greenery just 10 minutes from the city center.

Beautiful residential church in the south of Leipzig

Our beautiful residential church is located in the south of Leipzig, surrounded by four large lakes, with a large garden and plenty of space for 10 people. By S-Bahn train, Leizig city center can be reached in 20 minutes. We have five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living and dining area. On cold days, you can heat the fireplace and relax by the fire. In our large garden there is a grill, garden furniture and various play options.

Only 5 min to Lake Cospuden (Cossi) by bike, 10 min to the wildlife park and 20 min to Leipzig city center. Perfect for the combination of relaxation in nature and the possibility to go to the city at any time. The center can be easily reached by public transport, the nearest tram station is about 70 m away.

Siebenhain am Hainer See

Vacation in the lake cottage "Siebenhain": the beach in front of you, the terrace on the sunny side and everything that your vacation heart desires. Very functional but homely furnishings made of modern and natural elements: oak planks, fireplace, sauna, underfloor heating, well thought-out lighting concept. And it comes with a bit of nostalgia: a record player. Make yourself comfortable and unwind.

We offer a functionally equipped, lockable guest apartment in our modern Bauhaus-style town villa near the Battle Monument in Leipzig ATTENTION: From 01.01.2019 the city of Leipzig levies a guest tax of 1.00 Euro (2 guests) respectively 3.00 Euro (1 guest) per night and person (exceptions: children, adolescents, apprentices, students). The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.
