Very charming and well-kept studio in perfect city location with the best connection. In the middle of the popular Plagwitz district and yet absolutely quiet in the courtyard building, a former workshop. The house and apartment have been carefully renovated and individually furnished with a lot of love for detail. The comfortable studio is open with a separate sleeping area, door to the bathroom, spacious living area and private terrace.

Apartment with balcony & fast in the center of Leipzig

I am offering our son's newly renovated apartment here. He rarely uses it for work reasons. It is located in a quiet location of Markranstädt. The center of Leipzig can be reached in 16 minutes by regional train. For recreation, you can be at the lake in a few minutes by bike. Feel free to use a storage room for your bikes. Smoking is possible on the balcony. I'd also be happy to greet you in person when I'm in town.

The city center can be reached by tram (approx. 13 minutes) or on foot through the nearby Clara-Zetkin-Park. The tram stop is approx. 3 minutes walk from the apartment. There are also plenty of shops for everyday needs in the area. The property is GREAT for Leipzig visitors, solo travelers, couples and business travelers.
