Beautiful apartment in a new building in the wine village of Ochsenfurt with Main view and balcony. Beautiful river location, right on the Main Valley cycle path and various hiking trails. A bakery café & a bus stop can be reached on foot in about 4 minutes; a supermarket, the old Main Bridge and the Main Ferry Nixe in about 10 minutes. In summer temperatures, the Main and the nearby outdoor pool invite you to swim. As a special bonus, there is a 10% discount on all fabrics at Stoffglück in the house.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

You can discover Marktbreit and the surrounding wine villages, but the small terrace also invites you to linger.

Just 50 meters from the vineyards, this apartment (studio) invites you to relax. A few minutes away, a dream tour of the Lkr. Kitzingen past the accommodation. From Obernbreit you can quickly reach the Maintal and also the wine paradise of Franconia by bike or car. The area also invites you to hike. Cities such as Würzburg or Rothenburg ob der Tauber can be easily reached by car or public transport within about 20 - 45 minutes.

We have set up a completely newly renovated apartment in our commercial building in the center of Marktbreit 2019. The apartment (75 sqm) is located on the 1st floor and has a bedroom with a large double bed and a pull-out daybed. In the large living and dining room, an additional 2 person sofabed can be pulled out. There is a bathroom, a toilet, a storage room, a kitchen with dining area and a large balcony (30 sqm).

This stylish place to stay is perfect for up to 4 people. As a starting point for day trips, bike rides, hikes or motorcycle tours, the apartment is ideally located. The apartment includes a cozy living area, a double bedroom and another with a loft bed. Linens and towels are provided, so you don't have to worry about a thing. Particularly noteworthy is the spacious bathroom. In addition, an infrared cabin/heat cabin invites you to relax.

The house can be reached through a romantic alley and is easy to find through the adjacent jetty tower. The train station and the city center of Marktbreit are within minutes walking distance.
