There is a direct train connection in about 500 m. The well-known wine region with the towns of Sommerhausen, Randersacker, Eibelstadt …. offers countless excursion possibilities...

Ideal for guests seeking tranquility and relaxation and want to enjoy the hospitable wine town of Iphofen, with numerous restaurants and perfect infrastructure. Access to the property is via a steep old wooden staircase. Therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties or those who are heavily intoxicated. The approximately 32 m² one-room apartment was newly renovated in 2024 (max. for 2 people). Extensive amenities include an oven, dishwasher, 43-inch QLED TV, digital radio, hairdryer and much more.
