The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." Between the vineyards and the Main, our apartment shows a special side - a bit vintage, a bit playful - maybe a little unusual - but that's why it's special. And always with a lot of coziness! You can discover Marktbreit and the surrounding wine villages, but the small terrace also invites you to linger.

We have furnished a completely newly renovated apartment in our commercial building in the center of Marktbreit 2019. The apartment (75 sqm) is on the 2nd floor and has a bedroom with a large double bed and a pull-out day bed. In the large living and dining room, an additional large sofa bed for 2 people can be pulled out. There is a bathroom, toilet, storage room, kitchen with dining area and a large balcony (30 sqm).
