Not far from the apartment is the forest promenade, an interesting hiking trail with many attractions! This hiking trail, which gave our apartment the name, wants to make nature tangible for hikers without disturbing nature spaces! The Haard is also suitable for great bike rides. A net market is about a 7-minute walk away.

We offer you a pretty, fully furnished, apartment (2nd floor) for up to 5 people in a detached single-family house near the "Movie Park Germany" in Bottrop-Kirchhellen (about 2 km). The apartment is quietly located and offers an interesting combination of natural and yet convenient location. The transport connection is optimal due to the proximity to the A31. From here you can reach the other highways, A2, A3 and A52, in a few minutes by car.

The 25 sqm apartment is located in a residential complex in the pedestrian zone of Marl-Hüls. In the extended roof top there is a sleeping place with a very wide view over the rooftops of Marl. Up to 2 guests can comfortably stay on the sofa bed. The apartment was completely renovated in 2020/2021, a new bathroom was installed. Wi-Fi is of course available as well as the fully equipped new kitchen.
