The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

The apartment "Hirsch Heinrich" invites you to an unforgettable vacation between the beach (700 m away), forest and city. The fantastic white sand of the Graal coastline is surrounded by a beech and pine forest. Here you can ideally combine swimming in the water with forest bathing - for maximum relaxation. The city of Rostock is only half an hour away by car or regional train. The apartment is one of two apartments in the traditional "Hirsch-Haus."

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The apartment is located on the edge of Ribnitz Damgarten on our property, but has a separate entrance and is completely self-sufficient from the main apartment. The apartment was completed in 2023. Unfortunately, the outdoor facilities are not finished yet. 2 km to the Saaler Bodden and 8 km to the Baltic Sea.
