Cozy house from the 1930s

This is the place if you want lovely views and lots of space- in a quiet area. Cozy, small house with nice facilities. Perfect base if you want to go fishing, swimming, top hiking, hiking or skiing- or just relax. 2.5 km to the nearest shop. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, along with two other houses (very nice neighbors). The house is from the 1930s, but 1.floor has been renovated. 2.floor, loft staircase and loft is original from 1930. Large lawn on the outside.

Velkommen til Villa Eie! Midt mellom Stavanger og Kristiansand, og 10 minutter unna Flekkefjord sentrum. Perfekt for familier på ferietur. Boligen er svært innholdsrik og har en gjennomgående god standard. To bad, stort kjøkken, stue og fem soverom. Uteområdet består blant annet av hage, trampoline og parkeringsplass, i tillegg til turmuligheter like ved. Det er også mulighet for å låne kano. Send melding hvis du har spørsmål! Farm in the woods

An old farm in the middle of the forest. If you're lucky, you can see wild animals and birds from the windows early in the morning or foxes, hares, moose or deer in the evening/night that come to drink in the pond. Cut down your own Christmas tree and decorate it if you rent at Christmas or take it home if you rent earlier in December. Berry or mushroom trips are recommended in season. Interesting area for amateur geologists with quarries "everywhere".

Large spacious single-family home with 15 beds

Forget your concerns in this peaceful place. The house is located on a large plot in scenic Finland. The space offers a large outdoor area with a large lawn, a lovely Jacuzzi/whirlpool (which can be rented for 1000kr) terraces and more. Here there is plenty of space to unfold both indoors and outdoors. If you want to visit "civilization", it is only 45 minutes to Kristiansand Zoo, and 40 minutes to the southern village of Mandal. Cosy home, 3 bedrooms, fast wifi

Flott bolig i enderekkehus stille og rolig område med kun 10 min. Gange til Årossanden som har nydelig sandstrand. Gode bussforbindelser til Kristiansand, og kun 20 min. Med bil til Dyreparken og ett av Norges største shoppingsenter. Eget badebasseng for barn på terrassen som er til fri bruk på eget ansvar(sesong) Det er en katt i huset, med katteluke, i tilfelle noen er allergiske.

Beautiful home 10 min. drive from Kristiansand.

Newly renovated place right outside of Kristiansand. 3 bedrooms. Living/diningroom with fireplace. You will have the whole top floor to yourself. First floor is rented out to a lovely family. There might be some noise from them when they leave / enter the house. Other than that really quiet. Mark there is a short walk up to the house from the garage/parking place. (Uphill)

Great and idyllic, architect-designed boathouse completed in 2018. New furniture, beds, and equipment. Exciting loft for kids and unique master bedroom with a view to both the sea and boat rooms. With mattresses on the floor of the loft, there is room for 10 people in total in the bullpen. New and safe boat, Øien 620F can be rented for 800kr a day.
