What an amazing and unique place to stay! Somehow when we reserved this, we did not have in our imagination that we would be staying in a beautiful piece of history that has been incorporated into modern life wonderfully. A fantastic surprise to look out the window at the campanile so close, or step into the next room into a roman cave beautifully appointed. And Anna Rita is gracious & warm. We knew without a doubt that if we needed anything she would want to help. I highly recommend this location for you to discover & experience Assisi!

Even if only for one night we had a good time, Andrea was very responsive in recommending places to visit and to eat and was very precise in the description of the house

Our stay was truly magical! Of course, the ambience is wonderful, it is very quiet there and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the restaurants in Montone, but we wanted it exactly like that! The pool, the view - really everything was fantastic! And our great hosts are simply outstanding! They were always there with advice and help, gave us great recommendations for the area and even organized and translated a truffle hike for us! We are incredibly grateful that we were able to stay in this gem and get to know this wonderful and loving family! Thanks for everything 😊

We had a very enjoyable and quiet stay. Very friendly host; a very spacious and neat apartment where everything you need is available; a very pleasant swimming pool with wonderful views of the hills; nice restaurants nearby and close to the sea. Ideal place to stay.

We spent a wonderful week at Giuliano's. Above all, the wonderful garden inspired us. A small oasis, on the edge of a well-kept complex. Sufficiently beautiful garden furniture available. In the morning we were mostly on the road, then the garden in the midday heat was a real treat. The bed is very comfortable. The beach is within easy walking distance (beautiful free beach, with enough distance to the street) and also many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Giuliano himself was a fantastic host, always trying to make our stay even more beautiful, always available, reliable and extremely accommodating. Thank you for the hospitality and we hope to see you again.

A pretty terraced house in the enchanting old town of Recanati! Wonderful tranquility, short distances, comfortable amenities and very nice and caring hostess! The city is on the hill and the view from Antonietta's house is so beautiful - an incredible expanse, the Mediterranean roofs and the good atmosphere of the city. Everything highly recommended.

We rented the house for our colleagues who work nearby. The house is large, spacious, well laid out, clean. The house is suitable for a longer stay as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. I highly recommend it.

Francesca's accommodation is well structured, bright and the terrace is a much appreciated surplus. The accommodation offers a very basic supply of accessories, but nevertheless it is very welcoming. The area in which it is located is very convenient for reaching the sea and the most important places of cultural interest. All the necessary services are nearby: shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Francesca proved to be a very helpful host in providing information and very responsive in responding to requests.

We stayed 3 weeks in this fantastically located house. Lying on the terrace and listening to the birds, hikes in the adjacent nature reserve are just incredibly beautiful. And those who like life and cities are really in good hands in Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini etc. The nearby house beach is quiet and ideal. The house is simply and functionally furnished just like a country house. So, we'd come back any time. Thank you very much for the very kind care.

perfect accommodation. everything you need and a beautiful and well-kept garden. Air conditioning in both bedrooms was worth the money. Everything worked well, was clean and pleasant. A small, enclosed settlement where children could play outside without problems and dangers. Just be aware that mosquitoes are on the move. The next town is a 10-minute walk away and offers a beautiful atmosphere and good restaurants.

Loretta was very helpful and kind, she offered us much more than was included in the package (water, fruit and sweets). The cottage is well maintained and tidy with ample parking and a beautiful garden full of flowers and plants.

What can I say? Everything went perfectly. The house is delicious, large, comfortable, with a view of the hills that slope to the sea that... makes you feel very good. The place is the perfect epicenter for those who want to "mix" the sea with daily excursions to discover all the beauty of this land.

I stayed in this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center — really evocative! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to move around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

The apartment is right in the centre of town. It doesn’t matter whether you turn left or right out of the building - you’ll be deep into the historic centre and surrounded by bars and restaurants!! The terrace is an absolute joy - awesome views of the surrounds and a great sunshine trap. Perfect for coffee in the morning as you catchup on emails, and even better in the evening with a glass of wine to watch the sunset.

New, very clean apartment, in a nice condominium, a stone's throw from everything but located in a quiet area. The reserved parking space is definitely a plus. Considering the quality of the services, you can get around without a car. Enrico and his mother are very kind and communicative. We will definitely be back.

Is wonderful location out of the busy centre. Be prepared to walk up a lot of hills and stairs to explore the city after you get off the elevators or take a taxi up and walk down!

Mr. Roberto was helpful,kind and flexible with check-in and check-out times, communication was quick and easy via mobile number via chat. We really appreciated the accommodation corresponding to the description, with attention to detail in a rustic style with a particular decor inside with memorabilia of a past life, simple and functional, located in a quiet area near the historic center of Piagge, very nice even for a walk with the dog. We also appreciated the surprises of the house, a very good dove with a kit for travel nails (for the sister), brioches for breakfast, and various snacks in the fridge. The area is quite well served next to the accommodation you can find a very good pizzeria and just ahead there is a practical tobacco bar with pharmacy next door highly recommended.

We had a wonderful vacation in Macerata and the apartment was one of the elements that made the stay truly perfect. The house is cozy, clean and cared for in every detail. The spaces are well distributed, with everything you need to feel at home — from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable and quiet sleeping area. The location is excellent: quiet but close to the historic center, ideal for visiting the city on foot and enjoying the beauty of the Marche surroundings. Highly recommended! If we return to Macerata, we already know where we want to stay!

Absolutely beautiful apartment centrally located. Very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to make a couple of meals. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything and having parking onsite was fabulous. The three terraces were wonderful and we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine on them! We would definitely stay there again! It was perfect for us! Alberto was the best host! He was so helpful from receiving a package for me to recommending restaurants etc! Super friendly and made us feel very welcome! Thank you Alberto!!
