The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

LAGE Inmitten des Hochsauerlandes. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen ruhigen Dorf direkt an der Bundesstraße (hinter der Straße verläuft die Bahnstrecke zum nahen Bf Beringhausen und dann kommt das Gewässer "Hoppecke"). Es gibt mehrere Brücken über die Hoppecke, sodass Wanderungen direkt vom Haus starten können.

This beautiful vacation home can accommodate 6-8 people. It has a cozy and quiet atmosphere. There are many hiking trails nearby. This house is 20 minutes from Willingen and 40 minutes from Winterberg. The Diemelsee is 15 minutes away and Marsberg is 5 minutes away with shops and restaurants. Bakery nearby for fresh bread. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are provided. The house has 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms. WiFi and TV are provided. In high season, only rent per week!

Vacation home on the Eggeweg

The apartment is located on the edge of the Teutoburg Forest between Kassel and Paderborn and is well suited for hikers, families and cyclists. Both the Diemel bike path (approx. 10 minutes by bike) and the Eggeweg are very close. The drive to the ski resort in Willingen takes approx. 45 minutes, to Lake Eder about 50 minutes. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a large kitchen and a stylishly furnished living room with roof terrace.

The apartment

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

Hytte Willingen - Cozy wooden hut in the uplands

We are happy to present our second hut called "Hytte". Cozily furnished in Willingen-Bömighausen, it will delight you. Surrounded by forest, meadows and pastures, this charming place is not only suitable for recreation and relaxation. In addition to its ideal starting point for hiking (Uplandsteig), cycling and excursions to the beautiful region, it is only a few kilometers away from the Willingen ski area. Dogs are welcome! (€30 per stay)

In the idyllic village Königshagen you will find our beautifully restored half-timbered farmhouse. The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

FeWo Wanderlust - Large balcony with evening sun

Relaxation & recreation in the newly renovated Wanderlust apartment. In addition to a TV in each bedroom, there is a fully automatic coffee machine, a fridge with ice cube dispenser and a pellet stove for the winter. Enjoy the evening sun on the large balcony and a view of the mountains of the Sauerland. The whole apartment has underfloor heating. I am also happy to provide drinks and food for the day of arrival.
