5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Roberto is an excellent host. He accompanies you quietly and discreetly throughout the stay and is always available for questions. The equipment of the kitchen exceeds all expectations and prepares you for a nice start and stay. Gladly again and highly recommended.

I would recommend Piera’s stay to everybody. It was simply amazing, from the start I felt so at home. 10/10!

Sergio’s place is really done to a high standard. The views are beautiful and in a great location to explore Umbria. Sergio is very warm and I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

House Uliviu was a great accommodation, spacious and clean. When we needed something, we were immediately helped. The location was ideal to visit the most beautiful sights, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia... From the cottage, you have beautiful cycling and hiking routes. Supermarket in Marsciano nearby. What makes the house so attractive is the beautiful and large swimming pool with a beautiful view over the valley and hills. You will find complete peace here. We met the whole family, sympathetic and warm. Interesting also to listen to their stories. Tommaso's grandparents live on site, which is what an active grandmother says. Charming little cottage to unwind in a small, secluded village to escape the hustle and bustle. During our stay it was very hot, all the pleased we were to find air conditioning in the bedroom and cool off in the pool. We had a lovely stay and happy to think about it.

We had an amazing stay as part of our honeymoon. Our host Robbie went above and beyond any expectations we had! He was happy for us to contact him at any point during our stay, and checked in via message to see if we needed anything or to go anywhere. The apartment was spotless and the terrace was superb - we made full use of it during our stay (even watching a thunderstorm from the cosy shelter of the pergola!). The apartment is a short distance from the mini metro, which made getting into the old town easy. Robbie collected us from the airport at the start and even drove us to collect our hire car and speak to the receptionist there to make sure everything was perfect! He also have us recommendations for places to go and to restaurants in the area.

If you are looking for peace, nature and relaxation, you will find it here. There were three of us staying at the beautiful Molino Verde cottage (Apartment Ginestra) for a week and we enjoyed every moment. The apartment, the property, the garden in the olive grove and the fantastically clean and large pool are indescribably beautiful. Have visited places such as Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Assisi, Todi and Orvieto. Everything is easy to reach by car. Finally, there was always a refreshment in the pool. BBQ and washing machine are also available. We didn't miss anything. Even in the olive oil there are cozy places with hammocks to relax. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality of Nicoletta and Fabiana, who were so sweet and accommodating. Also a very warm thank you to Saskia, who accompanied us from booking to saying goodbye. I can’t say enough about our hosts! They were communicative from start to finish and our experience would not have been the same without them. Our favorite part was doing the cooking class and having dinner with them and their family.

Great location to explore the surrounding villages. With magnificent views over the valley with Assisi, Spello, Trevi and many other places in the background. The apartment is very nicely divided and furnished and a really pleasant rest to relax after the excursions. If we stay in Umbria again, it will certainly be our accommodation again.

Nicola and Stefano's place was a real highlight. The apartment, building and surrounds are stunning and the pool was such a lovely retreat at the end of the day exploring. We were met at the bottom of the hill and shown how to access the property and everything is as is shown in the photos. The location is close to so many beautiful towns, restaurants and other activities you could easily stay for much longer. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with and provided recommendations for food and activities when we asked. The apartment had everything needed for our little family to cook and live for a week, all the rooms have fans for the heat. We absolutely loved it. Thank you for having us.

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

Our stay was truly magical! Of course, the ambience is wonderful, it is very quiet there and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the restaurants in Montone, but we wanted it exactly like that! The pool, the view - really everything was fantastic! And our great hosts are simply outstanding! They were always there with advice and help, gave us great recommendations for the area and even organized and translated a truffle hike for us! We are incredibly grateful that we were able to stay in this gem and get to know this wonderful and loving family! Thanks for everything 😊

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

Elias was an exceptional host! Fantastic recommendations on the area and restaurants. His space was more than expected. Stylish , modern and spacious. So handy having two large bathrooms with 2 couples. The neighbourhood was truly perfect, historic area in walking distance, gelato & cappuccino was right across the street, grocery store around the corner, steak house next door and the best… Linda’s pizza!!! Enjoyed super reasonable meals with excellent service. Even bumped into Linda at the gelato place in the evening and were greeted warmly! What a welcoming friendly neighbourhood. Hands down our best Airbnb experience in Italy! ❤️
