Virginia is a welcoming and very responsive host. The house is very well equipped, comfortable and clean. The environment is excessively quiet, which is really nice to rest and in addition the view is pretty! Very well placed to enjoy the area as a whole. A comfortable space "like home", in short. We highly recommend this listing!

We had a great time at Romain's place. The villa is beautiful, the photos are true to reality and it was clean. Everything was great! A real bubble of relaxation.

This place was perfect. We were there for 3 nights and 3 days. Everything matched the listing. In addition, Maria is a great host, attentive to our needs and very responsive. I highly recommend this accommodation and these hosts, they do everything to allow their guests to arrive in the best conditions.

We had a lovely stay with friends. The place is good for a dozen people. Ideally located half an hour from the lake, and 40 minutes from Aix. Thanks to Annika for her responsiveness and kindness.

Excellent accommodation! Pleasant, cozy and spacious, we almost regretted that it was not ugly on the weather side to have the excuse to enjoy the house more:) Very responsive and attentive owners! I recommend!!!

The stay was very pleasant, Marie is very available, kind and accommodating. We stayed for 2 weeks the accommodation was great, the garden well appointed and very pleasant, the cottage really well equipped nothing missing. We can park inside in the courtyard with a secure gate. The city center of Challes les eaux is only a 10-minute walk with all the shops. We recommend 100% and will undoubtedly be back.

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful home of David and his family. It is decorated with great taste and surrounded by peaceful and enchanting landscapes. A perfect place for a serene family weekend.

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

We had a great time with the family at Jean-Christophe's. We had very good communication, very good exchanges. The space was perfect. The environment is very calm and very relaxing. The house is welcoming and family friendly. Jean-Christophe was very available, attentive and warm. Thanks for everything. The area is sublime, we'll be back!

We had a wonderful time at Marie-Laure's place. The house is located in a quiet area near the lake. It is very spacious and well equipped. We found everything we needed to enjoy the garden and terrace. We'll be happy to go back!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for two families, lots of social space, great outdoor space & pool. Fully equipped, had everything we needed, and the hosts were always available, friendly and responsive to our queries. Our first time on Lake Annecy, we absolutely loved it, this house is perfectly located to some of the best parts of the lake. We would definitely come back again.

The stay at Karine's house in Challex went very well. Her house is spacious, functional and equipped with everything you need. Superb views of the Alps including from the pool. Karine is an easily reachable person and she was able to be understanding during a small material damage (handle of the damaged fridge) that we offered to reimburse. So I would recommend this house!

Large villa with stunning views of Passy-chedde, the surrounding mountains and as a bonus a nice glimpse on the Mont Blanc mountain range. Everything was fine when we arrived, games available (board games, ping pong table...) as well as some buoys and air mattresses for the large blue saltwater pool. Close to full joux (starting place for hiking, paragliding) of Saint Gervais les bains, Chamonix... Even if we never found a barbecue😁, we thank the owners, with whom we had a wonderful time with the family.

Fanny. Thank you so much for renting your beautiful home to us. It was a perfect. Our 3 teenage boys loved the pool and the location was amazing with its convenience to the 20 bus. The boys could have free time to explore themselves and also time with mum and dad. 5 stars. 6 stars if I could .

A great place to stay for a summer trip to the Alps.

We had a great time with the family (4 adults + 1 baby 11 months) at Hervé's. The listing is as described and we even found it better than in the photos. The kitchen is very nice open to the living room, equipped and functional ideal for us who made all the meals at home. The house is a 13 min drive from Lake Annecy, we were able to go there every day, but we were mostly able to enjoy the pool all day. I highly recommend this very pleasant place, in addition you will have the opportunity to connect with Hervé who is a super host, pleasant and who is happy to share the tips of his region.

Veronique was very welcoming and communication was very easy. The house is large, and everything you need is available. Very easy to get to Annecy from this place.
