Very nice and well-kept house in every detail! Cross the street and you are immediately on the beach and nearby there are all the services at your fingertips such as supermarket, bars, pastry shops, pharmacy, etc. the center of San Benedetto is a 15/20 min walk so the location is also great. Gabriele is very polite and friendly and ready to help you in any way with very timely responses. The only bad note but it only concerns my case is that the elevator does not reach the floor and there is a flight of stairs and in my case with an infant and stroller in the long run it is a little uncomfortable. for the rest Gabriele and the house I would say at the top!

Giovanni is a very kind and responsive host! A small gift for our children was waiting for us on arrival, which clearly touched us a lot. The apartment is beautiful, bright and spacious. It is very well equipped and it can be noted that compared to other rental apartments, the equipment of this one is regularly renewed to give a new look. We also really enjoyed the private parking space and the access to the beach 2 min walk. We will be happy to stay in this accommodation for our next stay in Montesilvano.

Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. We stayed 9 nights in Simone and Anastasia's lovely apartment. Guys always present and welcoming. Spacious and very clean apartment, well equipped and comfortable for a family. We will definitely recommend it to acquaintances and friends.

The apartment, new, is in a very central and pedestrian area of the city on the 6th floor with a beautiful view of the surroundings and mountains. Every activity or service can be easily reached on foot. The house is warm, the beds comfortable and the living area has a new kitchen. Very welcoming. Despite being surrounded by shops and nightlife, the nights are quiet. We will certainly be back.

I found Anna's apartment really nice, comfortable, well furnished and with all the amenities. In particular, I appreciated the two balconies with sea views and the spacious bedrooms (one with shower included). Anna is an always available and attentive host, responds quickly, with kindness, and gives useful tips to get to know the area better. I will definitely come back and highly recommend Anna's accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable apartment, close to the sea and at the same time close to the city center!

We had a wonderful time in Fermo. Fabrizio’s flat was ideally situated for access to the town. He guided us into the premises assisted us with our luggage and provided car parking passes. The flat had a historic charm, the ceiling murals were outstanding and the views from the bedroom and bathroom were gorgeous. Fabrizio communicated with us throughout our stay in a very friendly manner and was generous with what was provided. I would highly recommend this property.

The accommodation met our expectations, it is true to the description, cared for in its details and Patrizia is really very attentive, available and present to meet the needs of the guests and solve small problems that may occur (such as a drilled wheel). The apartment is well equipped and therefore already perfect, even for the summer stay. In addition, bicycles are available, very useful, in a week we never moved the car: the center of sbt and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes by bike. We really liked everything, the suprlus is definitely done by Patrizia, present, kind but not intrusive. So many many compliments! It's rare to find such an attentive host and such a well-maintained and well-equipped apartment! If we have the chance we will definitely come back! Thank you

Luisa is an impeccable host and the apartment in Pino matches the description and photos. The sea is only 5 minutes away on foot and the possibility of using umbrellas and deckchairs in a very beautiful Lido is highly appreciated. A more than positive experience that we will certainly try again.

Beautiful new apartment, very centrally located. The suite is in the ZTL zone so you cannot park there; however it was a short 10 minute walk to the central parking lot by the train station (which was also very cheap). Valentina had everything we could need in the apartment - it was well stocked with necessities for cooking as well as condiments in the fridge. We loved her place and highly recommend it! Would definitely stay there again! Thank you Valentina!

I greatly appreciated the attention to detail and care that Carmelina shows for the comfort of guests. The amenities were perfect, and the welcoming atmosphere made us feel at home. Short distance to the beach (5 min walking) or public transportation (3 min). It was a wonderful experience and we will certainly return when we have the chance again!

Extremely positive experience. Serena was impeccable both in the phase before our stay, with timely and accurate information, and during the stay, making us feel at home in everything. We only stayed two days as the "queue" of a vacation in Puglia and we were able to appreciate all the comforts of the apartment and the facilities in the area: beach, pine forest, restaurants,... Definitely recommend!

The apartment is beautifully situated in a big garden with great big pool. Cecilia is a fantastic host. She takes care of her guests and is always very reserved. The equipment of the apartment is perfect, the rooms large and very tastefully decorated. There were four of us and that was a great fit. The area is not only perfect for hiking but also for mountain and gravel bikers.

We were very satisfied with our stay, the proximity to the beach as well as the swimming pool in the residence is an asset. Complimenting the language barrier Lorenzo was very welcoming and it was made available, the point to correct is the noise of the air conditioner both inside and the group outside that disturbed us our sleep.

Quite small but well-structured accommodation, good location ( 20 meters from the sea) inside there is practically everything ( no sheets as written between the information of the accommodation ). We were a little unfortunate with the cleaning (a few hair too far around and I have finished the shower drain myself ) but it can happen , the kitchen and living room were in excellent condition . I recommend it because I had a good time and it is in an area that for us was strategic to visit this beautiful region !
