Beaches are 15 minutes away. You'll see horses in the meadow right out front. Equestrian center 1 km away. Walking distance from the house (woods, countryside). 10 min from Muzillac, 25 min from Vannes, 40 min from La Baule, 45 min from Nantes.

Unique cottage in the heart of a beautiful wooded garden, in the Breton countryside. Halfway between Vannes and Guérande. Very easy access, 4 km from the Roche Bernard small town of character and 15 km from the beaches (Pénestin, Billiers) Living area of 32 m2 overlooking a terrace of 30 m2 with equipped kitchen and toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms: 9 m2 (160 bed), 8 m2 (140 bed) and 7 m2 with bunk beds, hallway and shower room with toilet. Gas central heating and wood-burning stove.

House in the countryside, large grounds and 2 ponds

At the Gîte des Étangs, you will enjoy the calm, with a non-private garden of more than 5,000 m² and access to 2 ponds. It is housed in an old farmhouse of about 110 m². On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom, a dormitory, a library and a bathroom with toilet await you. Outside, a landscaped courtyard will allow you to take your meals in the shelter, with a barbecue at your disposal.

Character building, upstairs and/or downstairs accommodation

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My accommodation is quiet in the countryside with horses, nice view of the setting sun. 5 min. from La Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 minutes away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, Jade Coast. Renovated in an original way.

Calm and nature to recharge your batteries, breathe or enjoy the beauty of the landscape in a lodge with an exotic atmosphere. You will enjoy a hilly area, a fishing pond, a 1st category stream for trout, a park with aviaries and exotic birds. The chalet is also close to sites such as the Gulf of Morbihan, Vannes, Rochefort en Terre, Guérande, Pénestin, the Branféré park, La Gacilly or the Brocéliande forest.

With extraordinary character, come and enjoy this cozy and soothing accommodation, close to the port, all shops and restaurants. 🔅 Note that the single room is located on the mezzanine and is more suitable for a child/teen (see photo).
