Welcome! We are the owners/ builders of this house constructed in 2016 and live in the main house beside it. It has its own entrance and sits above the garage for great views of the creek, Intracoastal Waterway beyond, and sunrises each morning. The Cozy Cabin is close to Wrightsville Beach, downtown Wilmington, Airlie Gardens, nightlife, the airport, and parks. It is bright, spacious, and full of custom touches and amenities. For kayakers, a dock and access to the water are within steps.

The Cove At Myrtle Grove

Come relax and enjoy this comfy house nestled along the Intracoastal Waterway and ​the Masonboro​ Island Reserve​. Enjoy many waterfront views from inside the cottage, outside on the deck, around the fire-pit, playing games, or on the hosts' private pier. You can see lots of boats, a wide variety of native wildlife, sunrises, and more. Pier activities include fishing, lounging, or docking your own small boat, kayaks, etc. Minutes from the beaches, board walks, fine dining, boating, and more.

We would like to extend a warm Southern welcome to all of our Guests staying in Wilmington's "Jungle Room." The separate Guest room is set in a beautiful tropical garden full of interesting and fascinating plants-palms, staghorn ferns, colorful bromeliads, and many more. One of our hobbies is propagating these plants because of their beauty and overall dramatic effect. If we've done it right, you can easily imagine you are in a tropical rain forest right here in Southeastern NC!

Welcome to No Bad Daze! Enjoy this newly renovated modern beach house that was completed in 2022. Located on the "North End" of Carolina Beach, you'll be steps away (0.1 miles) from public beach access (listen for the waves!), an 8 minute (0.4 miles) walk to Freeman Park, and a 4 minute drive (1.3 miles) to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. A convenient location on the island for a relaxing day by the ocean and all of the restaurants, nightlife, family activities that CB has to offer.

Ahoy!🏴🦜Welcome to Davy Jones' Loft! This private suite is detached on its own lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. The treehouse has a beautiful view of Hewlett's Inlet. This portion of the yard is fenced in for pets. There is a gas grill and firepit. The captain's quarters is a loft with a king bed. The berth includes a full pullout couch and twin bunk beds. Local restaurants are <1 mile away. Downtown and Wrightsville Beach are <15 min drive. Hidden treasure awaits!

You will have access to our completely private attached guest home. The ceilings range from 6 ft 5", dipping lower at the roof lines! Private entrance on the side of the home. 1 mile from the downtown riverwalk, 8 miles from Wrightsville Beach, & in the center of the inner-city/downtown area. The historic Market Street is 2 blocks over, which heads both downtown & to the beach.

The Petite Pelican is a Tiny Home located in the bustling pier area of Holden Beach. The Petite Pelican provides easy access for sunbathing, shell collecting, beautiful sunset views, and walks on the beach with a public access right in your backyard. One parking spot on the lot is included with your stay and daily paid parking is available in the adjacent lot for families with more than one vehicle.
