The cottage, which covers nearly 100 m2, is the result of a quality renovation that was completed in January 2017. The Gîte consists of 3 bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. The cottage is equipped with all modern comforts (oven, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, internet). The wood and stone give this place a luxurious and warm atmosphere. Nestled in its mountain setting, the Gîte offers you an authentic charming stay. Located on the balconies of Cerdagne, quiet, you are facing the Catalan Pyrenees with a great view.

The cottage "Les Hirondelles", with the appearance of a chalet, on the banks of the Aude, welcomes you at the entrance to the village of Matemale, located at an altitude of 1,541 m on the Capcir plateau. In the Regional Park, Matemale mountain village combines authenticity and dynamism. You will find two restaurants, a country bistro, a summer swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a hammam, a sauna and a snack bar. On site: a grocery store, a cheese factory, a brewery... Many festivities. At an altitude of 1400 m in the wild valley of Garrotxes, the traditional stone and wood house was renovated in 2020. Comfort, authenticity and nature immersion will be on the program. Located at the top of the village and on the edge of the forest, it is an ideal place for hiking, cycling or mountain biking. Optionally, we offer the provision of two electric mountain bikes to discover the richness of the surroundings (nature, heritage, panoramas) by leaving your car in the parking lot.
