My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

How can we even put into words what an incredible experience this was! Antonella was kind and helpful, and her home is just stunning. She made us feel so at home even with our limited Italian. She prepared us a home cooked, four-course meal one night and it was absolutely delicious. She even gave us the leftovers so we could have them for breakfast the next day. The villa was breathtaking and in a perfect location to visit beautiful towns in Tuscany like Pienza, Montepulciano and San Gimignano. We especially loved the pool and visiting with the animals. This was a bucket list stay for us and worth every penny!

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt im Herzen der Toskana! Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft schön in der Natur – umgeben von sanften Hügeln, Weinbergen und unzähligen Olivenbäumen, die in der Sonne silbern schimmern und das Landschaftsbild einfach magisch machen. Die Aussicht ins Tal ist atemberaubend schön – man könnte stundenlang einfach nur dastehen und schauen. Der 28 Meter Pool? Besser geht es nicht – perfekt gelegen mit Panoramablick, absoluter Ruhe und einer Atmosphäre, die zur puren Entspannung einlädt. Was diesen Ort aber wirklich besonders macht, sind die Menschen: Jacopo, Sophia und ihre Kinder haben uns mit einer so herzlichen Offenheit empfangen, dass wir uns sofort wie bei guten Freunden gefühlt haben. Es ist einfach schön, solchen Menschen zu begegnen – authentisch, warm und voller Lebensfreude. Und dann war da noch Luba, die Schäferhündin – ein echtes Herz auf vier Pfoten! Sie hat uns jedes Mal mit solcher Freude empfangen, dass wir sie sofort ins Herz geschlossen haben.

This place is something else! The views, the pool, the houses, the interior - it’s something else. We stayed with our 18 month old and had such a happy time - surrounded by nature in such gorgeous accommodation and a kiddy kitchen / toys which were perfect for Otis. It’s simply beautiful and Martina is so helpful - highly recommend with a family or groups of friends for a zen and unique time. Close to lots of gorgeous places and Martina has wonderful recommendations. Only watch out is the 2km dirt track road to get to the location but it’s 100% worth it and quite fun! Enjoy - we can’t wait to come back :)

Jag vill instämma i alla positiva recensioner. Giuliana och hennes ställe är båda lika fantastiska. Vi spenderade en vecka i juni detta härliga hus och njöt av det fina huset och poolen. Vi hade bil vilket underlättar för mathandlingen på Esselunga 5 min bort med bil. Giuliana är mycket hjälpsam oavsett vad man behöver hjälp med! En verkligt god värd som tar hand om dina gäster. Det var långt över vår förväntan! En positiv överraskning var Tenuta di Tramonte som är granne med fastigheten. En mycket bra middag i en fantastisk miljö! Missa inte den möjligheten. Närheten till Lucca är också en fördel. Vi trivdes mycket bra i den relativt lugna staden. Hyra cykel och cykla runt stadsmuren är en härlig utflykt. Byn Moriano är också mysig. Mycket lugn! Trevlig liten marknad på torget på tisdagar. Vi hoppas komma tillbaka!

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful Airbnb which was thoughtfully restored to reflect the history of the area. You won’t want to leave. We explored Certaldo Alto and Montefioralle- both amazing sites. The pool area was perfection and we couldn’t get enough of the landscape! Couldn’t stayed a week!!!

Ett fantastiskt boende i en mycket vacker miljö. Väldigt privat och väl underhållen Villa. Enrico var toppen och tog hand om oss så fort vi hade några funderingar. Som andra recensioner så är vägen ned till huset lite utmanande så en lite högre bil med 4 hjuls drift rekommenderas. Allt var toppen och vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

From the moment we were greeted by Isabella, Massimo and their son, to the moment we said goodbye we felt right at home. The house is well located. It was nice to leave the hustle of the old city and retreat to the expansive peaceful terrace of the house for an “aperitivo” before dinner. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well after long days of touring. One of our favorite things was collecting water from the town spring, which was just a few doors away.

Wir haben 10 wunderbare Tage in Carolinas geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und perfekt ausgestattetes Haus verbracht und genossen besonders die Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick in die toskanische Landschaft und das malerische Städtchen Montecatini Alto mit mehreren guten und gemütlichen Restaurants. Eine Gelateria und ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen sind fast vor der Haustüre. Durch die urige Standseilbahn nach Montecatini Terme (fährt alle 30 min bis Mitternacht) und eine Buslinie zum Bahnhof sind Ausflüge auch ohne Auto möglich. Carolina ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin - immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche bei Giovanna und Antonio verbracht. Sie sind beide sehr nett, hilfsbereit und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Das Haus ist genau so wie auf den Bildern, sehr gemütlich und wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Der gemeinsame Garten ist wunderschön und der Pool ist toll, um sich an einem heißen Tag abzukühlen. Nach Lucca braucht man ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto und auch Pisa und Florenz sind gut zu erreichen. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Danke für die tolle Zeit :-)

Stella nos recebeu muito bem, foi simpática e prestativa. A casa estava muito limpa e organizada. O espaço e aconchegante. O lugar é extraordinário, muito bonito, com natureza exuberante e uma vista maravilhosa. Stella recomendou lugares para visitar e restaurantes da região que gostamos muito. Somente elogios, nenhuma reclamação.

Wat een fantastisch verblijf hebben wij gehad in dit heerlijke huis in Matraia! Vanaf het eerste moment voelde het als een thuis weg van huis. Het huis is ruim, smaakvol ingericht en brandschoon – precies wat je hoopt te vinden. Hoewel we de pech hadden dat het de eerste dagen koud was, bleek de verwarming snel en efficiënt. Binnen no-time was het huis behaaglijk warm, waardoor we volop konden genieten van onze tijd samen. Het absolute hoogtepunt? Zonder twijfel het terras. Vanaf daar kijk je uit over het schilderachtige Lucca – een uitzicht dat elke dag weer betoverend was, zeker bij zonsondergang. Een plek waar je eindeloos wilt blijven zitten, met een goed glas wijn. Voor onze kinderen was de slaapvide een groot avontuur. Ze vonden het geweldig om daar hun eigen knusse plek te hebben een detail dat hun vakantie nog specialer maakte. De ligging van het huis is ideaal: rustig en omgeven door natuur, maar toch dicht bij tal van leuke uitstapjes. Wij kijken met een glimlach terug.

Marco and his family were warm and friendly hosts! They were very responsive and answered all our questions. The apartment was gorgeous and truly one of a kind. All 3 bedrooms were spacious and well equipped and beautifully decorated. We had plenty of space and were pleasantly surprised to have an additional half bathroom as well as a washer & dryer. Location really offered a lot. It was an easy 10 mins drive to the walled city of Lucca. What a gem! We visited in June and the weather was hot! We really appreciated having access to the pool and open space for the kids to run around. Highly recommend!

Staying here was a dream come true! The view is breathtaking and the home is beautifully decorated in a cozy eclectic style while maintaining the rustic beauty of the structure itself and honoring it’s history. I will never forget this experience—ideal to visit with friends! It is located up a steep hillside and well worth the adventure to get there. Varinia literally thought of and provided every detail a guest would need. I would love to return one day!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich traumhaft gelegen. Ruhig und umgeben von Olivenbäumen. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten in Pescia, dort gibt es auch einen größeren Bahnhof mit einem Park and Ride Parkplatz. Wir sind von dort aus mit dem Zug nach Florenz gefahren. Der Pool ist größer als er auf den Bildern wirkt. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht. Deborah ist wirklich eine tolle Gastgeberin - herzlich und man fühlt sich total willkommen. Als wir ankamen fanden wir bereits Kleinigkeiten im Kühlschrank vor sowie frisches Obst und Gemüse. Deborah gibt auch gerne Empfehlungen für die Umgebung und ist äußerst hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub, wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal da!

Beautiful home near Chianti. Clean and comfortable, with amazing vineyard/sunset views. The hosts were very responsive and friendly, and they gave clear instructions. One thing to note is that the property is listed as "Entire Home", but it is actually a condominium that shares walls and outdoor common areas with the neighbors. There is a divider in the backyard between us and the neighbors, but it is not completely private. Overall, we had a great time here.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Perfect Tuscan Escape Just Outside Lucca's Walls! Our stay at this duplex was wonderful, earning every single one of its five stars! From the moment we booked, communication with the host was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making our arrival completely stress-free. The location is truly unbeatable. Being just a 9-minute drive outside the historic walls of Lucca offered the perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. We enjoyed peaceful evenings in a gorgeous back yard, yet could easily pop into Lucca within minutes to explore its stunning architecture, vibrant piazzas, and fantastic restaurants. The short drive meant we avoided the bustle of staying right in the center, and parking was a breeze with a free parking lot just a short walk from the walls. The duplex itself is a gem. It’s beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and felt immediately like a home away from home. Would 100% rebook at this location! 🩷

Our stay in Montebenichi was almost indescribable. Having been to Tuscany before, this time was pure magic. The flat is within the compound of a 12th century fortress village that is mostly inhabited by residents. Tommaso had stocked the kitchen with plenty of coffee, milk, water, juices, snacks and his grandmother's amazing Limoncello! The pool area has the most incredible view with an outdoor kitchen where Tommaso arranged for us to have a traditional Tuscan cooking class. He also made reservations for us at the village Michelin-rated restaurant that is just steps from the flat. One of our favorite things was hearing the wolves of Tuscany howl in the distance - no need to be afraid - it was pure magic. We saw very few tourists which made the experience even better. Moreover, Tommaso was THE BEST HOST we have ever had while staying at an Airbnb. His dedication to ensuring the perfect stay for us was truly a standout. We can not say enough good things about our stay!

Wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft und dickes Dankeschön an Camilla die sich um alles kümmert. Bei uns zum Beispiel um die Reservierung eine Tennisplatzes. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für alle, die Ruhe und Natur suchen. Das Dorf ist abgeschieden in den Bergen, soll heißen: die Anfahrt ist lange und führt über kleine, aber gut gepflegte Bergstraßen. Das Dorf selbst ist nicht mit dem Auto befahrbar, was man bedenken sollte bei viel Gepäck oder, wenn man nicht so gut zu Fuß ist. Letitia bietet auch einen Gepäckservice an, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Für uns war es perfekt. Sehr viele Wandermöglichkeiten und ein rundum atemberaubender Ausblick entschädigt für den anstrengenden Weg. Es gibt einen kleinen Laden im Dorf, doch größere Einkäufe sollte man planen, wenn man von der Autobahn abfährt. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, um alles mögliche zu kochen für 2-4 Personen. Auch ansonsten mangelt es der Wohnung an nichts. Leider war das Wetter bei unserem Aufenthalt eher regnerisch, aber das kommt im Mai schon mal vor. Wenn die Sonne rauskommt, ist es aber schön warm. Würde sofort wiederkommen und länger bleiben.

Beautiful place. Clotilde is friendly and helpful. Tranquil large garden and fantastic pool. Great for kids, our one year old loved running around in the grass. Excellent kitchen for cooking at home. Location is very convenient to Lucca and some charming small towns. The Esselunga in Pescia (10 min drive) is one of the best supermarkets I’ve ever seen.

We expected this villa and views to be amazingly but it was above our expectations would definately recommed it, Jeroen emailed clear directions andchecking in info but he also videoed the sign and road to look out for and videoed the road down to the villa as it wasn't signposted. The villa has 360° panaramic views, and is not overlooked at all, with a fab infinity pool. Very clean and modern, had everything u needed. It was a pleasent change to have plenty of everything in the kitchen,crockery and glasses all matching and stacked high. Washing machine and dishwasher were added bonuses along with the little shop just up the road. 5 star all the way.

Wir haben drei Nächte bei Giovanni gebucht und uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Seine Mutter und Bruder wohnen im Hause nebenan, trotzdem waren wir ganz für uns. Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen! Einzig die Straße, die zur Unterkunft führt war etwas abenteuerlich; sie ist sehr schmal und kurvig, was eine kleine Herausforderung dargestellt hat, mit unserem Van. Wir haben es einfach Italienisch gehalten und immer gehupt, wenn eine Kurve nicht gut einzusehen war 👌
