Monthly Rentals in Matrei in Osttirol

Very well located apartment in the locality of Matrei, the latter is very comfortable, clean and perfectly arranged in a brand new residence. Highlights: All amenities are present and operational (Laundry, dishwasher, Tv/Internet, Oven, MicroOnde, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms etc...) all based on quality and new products during our stay. The residence has covered parking and a very pleasant new swimming pool after a day of hiking. The residence manager was perfectly available to welcome us and answer our questions whether about the accommodation, the residence or Matrei. In short, family stay (2 adults and 2 children) perfect in this apartment; ideal base for the different summer activities we conducted around Matrei In Ostirol (hiking and rafting).

Olivia and her family have been fantastic hosts. Very friendly and very attentive to all our messages. Communication was quick and easy. The apartment was extremely clean. Our apartment had rooms with 2 separate full bathrooms. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and the balcony is a delight to rest in the late afternoon. It has everything you need to spend a few fantastic days getting to know the area. It has a couple of supermarkets nearby and is a short walk from cafes and restaurants. Very well located to discover the area and do hiking trails and other activities. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

We were already guests at Natalis for the 2nd time. And it was almost like coming home. We were personally welcomed by Natalis. Listing is exactly as described in the listing. We felt very comfortable. A defective coffee machine was immediately exchanged by Natalis. The car is parked in a kind of underground garage. We can fully recommend the accommodation and Natalis.
