Set in a peaceful and tranquil location surrounded by woods. The accommodation was very clean and tidy with all the amenities advertised. The host provided fresh flowers and a few necessities such as bread, butter, milk and eggs. We arrived early Saturday evening so these items were much appreciated. The location is a short drive to Ramsey and is a convenient base to explore the rest of the island. We very much enjoyed our visit and can highly recommend this property. I have visited the Isle of Man several times but this was the first time staying in Laxey. The accommodation was excellent, clean, comfortable and well furnished with all the essentials. It is perfectly located 50 yards from the beach with two great little cafes within an easy stroll, specially The Shed at the end of Laxey Promenade! I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to find a peaceful place to stay. Just one note about Laxey. The harbour and beach is located at the bottom of a long hill, if you are using public transport you need to keep in mind it is a good uphill walk to the nearest tram/bus stop.

A truly exceptional stay – can’t wait to return! Sea Breeze in Laxey is, without question, the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. The attention to detail is second to none – everything feels bespoke and beautifully finished. As it’s only a few months old, it still has that fresh, showroom feel, but it’s also warm and welcoming. Sarah is a fantastic host – so friendly and full of great local recommendations. The view over Laxey Harbour is absolutely stunning, and the bifold doors are a brilliant feature. The bedrooms are unique and stylish, with real care clearly taken in every part of the design. The hot tub was a real treat in the evenings – and we were lucky enough to have great weather to enjoy it properly. We explored Laxey beach, had breakfast at The Shack Cafe on the beach, and a meal at The Shore Hotel – the restaurant there is outstanding. If you’re looking for somewhere with a serious wow factor, Sea Breeze is it. It’s every bit as good as the photos – possibly even better.
