A large, luxurious 3 bedroom apartment with a gorgeous view of the nature reserve and the Alps. Large groups and parties are welcome - we do not have loud noise limitations. The area is ideal for hiking, biking or relaxing in nature. The apartment is part of a small farm (Icelandic horses and sheep) about 4km outside of Gersbach in the south of the Black Forest. in the district Hüsingen in the middle of the village, next to the old village well, stands our stylishly converted farmhouse dating from 1788, situated next to a horse paddock, not far from the forest. The attic is an oasis of peace. A large wild garden with apple trees belongs to the property and can be used for a romantic campfire, depending on the season. S-Bahn connection can be reached in 5 min by car. A baby cot can be added, children must be very careful with the steps.

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. Alte Färberei Entire place

The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building envelope and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were used in their natural state.
