Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mauldin

Darryl was an excellent host and we loved his place. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the location couldn’t have been any better. My husband enjoyed the park across the street for his morning walk, and even found an area to do body-weight exercises. We had an all-around perfect stay.

This is our 3rd time staying at this location. It is perfect location for riding the Swamp Rabbit Trail and was very close to Furman University where we had a few events. Look forward to returning next year!

I'd give them 6 stars if I could. really nice people. They live right next door.. they have a couple of apartments here on their property. They actually were life saver for me. I left my laptop power cord at home and they had one for me to use. ... Very nice and accommodating folks.

We were in town for a baseball tournament at Fluor Field. Matthew's place was an easy walk to/from the field. It is a cute, vintage apartment and Matthew's description is very accurate. We used the noise machine and didn't have any issue sleeping. We had everything we needed for our stay.

Best stay ever! Lin and Russell were so kind and friendly. She gave us a tour of the apartment before hand. The apartment was stocked with everything you need and more. Dog friendly with a nice backyard for our dogs to use. You really felt like you were home.

My party of 4 had a fantastic stay at LAnd M Rental Solutions. The Rustic apartment was beautiful and accommodated all of our needs. The spotless and spacious living quarters enhanced our local weekend getaway, providing us with a sense of safety and reassurance. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone needing an affordable place to enjoy a nice trip to downtown Greenville, SC.

Very nice, large & clean remodeled basement. Comfortable bed, large special bathroom, very nice kitchen & dining room , plus a living room & a laundry. We’ve stayed here before & will stay there again. The little extras make it all worth while. Very good & delicious snacks & chocolates, plus coffee pods & cold drinks in the refrigerator. The Hosts were very nice and welcoming as well as very respectful as well. We enjoyed our time together with them as well walking around the yard. I think their apartment is very well put together and we appreciate them with helping on the price as well as allowing us to check in early. We truly appreciate their supportive actions for our stay. Great place for a large group. We were in town for my son's wedding, so we were only there to sleep; however, we enjoyed being able to have our whole group stay in one place with parking for all.

Home had a great location and was spotless! Kitchen was well equipped and supplies left were more than adequate. Towels, linens etc. were very clean and plentiful. Very responsive and helpful hosts, Will absolutely stay here again.

Greatly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of spots to sit, relax and look at the view. Especially loved the screened in porch. Food delivery can be tricky for drivers to find, be clear with instructions for them. Would definitely stay again.

Kirti was extremely helpful, responsive, and kind! Definitely would recommend staying here. Clean and full of most things you could think of needing. (All I’d recommend is some form of bakeware) Lots of shopping needs within 10 minutes, both commercial and mom and pop owned Not far from the interstate, so very easy to hop on there and go in any direction you need to. If you’re doing anything in this area, would definitely rent again! Can’t recommend enough, much nicer than a hotel

Had a great stay! Exactly what we needed for the weekend! Quiet and close to the softball fields.

This was our first time in Greenville. So happy we picked Chris’s place. It was clean, large and right in the action of downtown. Woke up to a farmers market on the street below. Everything was walkable. It was easy to get in and out of the building and it felt very secure. We parked our car (for free) and didn’t get back in it till we left. We will definitely return and stay here.

Navina was very communicative with us. We enjoyed her place in Greenville. It was perfectly located and everything was walkable. The condo was clean, spacious and accommodated 5 adults and a one year old. I have been to Greenville numerous times and Navina’s place is somewhere I would definitely stay again.

Olivia’s rental is perfect in every way! Clean, spacious, walkable to everything….we couldn’t ask for more. In addition, Olivia is very detailed in how to enter and exit, where to park, what is expected from tenants, things to do in the area and, most importantly, she is super prompt in responding to questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Michelle's studio was exactly what the doctor ordered. Attending a work event at the Hugenot Mill, the unit could not have been more convenient to the venue. And so accessible to everything Greenville has to offer. The unit was cozy and welcoming and they even went so far as to provide snacks and bottled water. Instructions were clear and easy and the king bed was very comfy. Almost made me want to skip my event 😄 Next time in town will definitely book again. Thank you!

Amanda was great and the space was perfect. Right in the middle of everything- never moved my car after parking. Will definitely stay here again on a future Greenville trip
