We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. During your stay in our XL apartment you will enjoy the view and tranquility. Our house is at 1100m above sea level at the end of a cul-de-sac. Summer Lungaucard free! The center of Mauterndorf, the supermarket, the restaurants and the ski bus stop to, among other things, Grosseck Speiereck and Obertauern is only a few minutes walk away. Our guests appreciate the spacious living room, nice bathrooms, nice beds, and the lovely sunny garden. XL also has its own outdoor fireplace.

Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter.
