We completed this dream chalet with about 200 m² of usable space in 2020 to spend our vacations in the beautiful Lachtal together with our two children. Whether you're in the living room, at the dining table, on the terrace, in the garden or in the hot tub – everywhere you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

During your stay in our XL apartment, you will enjoy the view and the tranquility. Our house is located at 1100m above sea level at the end of a dead end street. Summer Lungaucard free! The center of Mauterndorf, the supermarket, the restaurants and the ski bus stop to Grosseck Speiereck and Obertauern, among others, are only a few minutes' walk away. Our guests appreciate the spacious living room, nice bathrooms, nice beds and the lovely sunny garden. XL also has its own outdoor fireplace.

Das Chalet verfügt außerdem über eine eigene Sauna und für die Skifahrer über einen Skiraum mit beheizbarem Schuhtrockner. Genießen Sie behagliches Kaminfeuer im Wohnzimmer und einen Blick auf die wunderschöne Bergkulisse aus jedem Raum des Hauses.

The house has 1 wood-burning stove in the kitchen and 1 tiled stove in the living room, which conjure up a cozy warmth in the house. The bathtub also invites you to relax. In addition, there is a garden with seating and a barbecue at your disposal. Guests especially appreciate nature with its mountain landscape, which invites you to hike. The secluded location makes our chalet with a bottle of wine from the in-house wine cellar something very special. In winter, the Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal areas invite you to ski. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.
