Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Not suitable for allergy sufferers, people with physical limitations and acoustic sensitivity (bells). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Quietly located, newly renovated apartment (non-smoking) with separate entrance area located directly by the forest. The Nettebad with sauna area is a 10-minute walk, and the city center is 15 minutes away. From August 2024, a modern tennis court with soccer field and gastronomy is a 5-minute walk away

Our new non-smoking nostalgia nest on the second floor is located in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa from the 19th century. Anyone with a penchant for houses with soul will feel comfortable here. The villa is located 5 minutes walk from an organic bakery, where you can pick up your rolls for breakfast. Cafes, restaurants and supermarkets, as well as the market square with the Genovevaburg are within walking distance in 10 minutes. The train station is a 10-minute walk away.

"Else's Stübchen" is a newly created small apartment for a cozy overnight stay. On approx. 20 square meters there is a bathroom with shower and a room with a double bed, closets and a small seating area. A fridge and dishes are included as well as a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker. For your information: There is still a little construction site romance on the rest of the building. Whether a romantic or simply cozy weekend as a couple, among friends or with the family, this is the right house. It is located in the middle of forests and fields with only 2 other residential buildings and a few halls in the neighborhood. Excursions to Elz Castle, Lake Laacher See or the Moselle are great.
