Additional sleeping space on the gallery in the attic, via ladder. Surrounded by nature, forest paths, dream paths, Rodder Maar, Königssee, Olbrück Castle.

There is a tiny patio outside with seating. 28km to the Nürburgring. 4 hiking paths are just outside the front door. Very quiet country village. Vacation in the Volcanic Eifel, Mayen is a lovely place with culture and plenty of sights to see. Experience nature, the Nürburgring and many other exciting destinations in the region. Quietly located, newly renovated apartment (non-smoking) with separate entrance area located directly by the forest. The Nettebad with sauna area is a 10-minute walk, and the city center is 15 minutes away. From August 2024, a modern tennis court with soccer field and gastronomy is a 5-minute walk away

Simple but functionally furnished, clean room with daylight in the basement of our single-family home in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hall opposite the room. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

*Our apartment is on the first floor of a former farm in the tranquil Eifel village of Anschau near Monreal. The location on the outskirts offers tranquility and a fantastic view. It is ideal for families or hikers. A beautiful beech forest begins 100 m away. Many beautiful hiking trails and the Elz Valley Cycle Path are also quickly reached: e.g. the Monrealer Ritterschlag or the Hochbermeler... Mayen, the Nürburgring, the Mosel, the Maare are quickly reached.

In the 60 sqm apartment with private entrance you will find everything you need for a vacation. 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed - space for max. 4 people - Parking in front of the house In a few minutes you are already in the forest, on the 588 meter high Michelsberg and can hike in all directions. By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

Our "Kesselwies" is a bright small apartment with a separate entrance, parking right in front of the house and a private terrace in the large garden. Due to short distances to Highway 61 or the proximity to the Nürburgring, many excursion opportunities are available. But the relaxation in the middle of the Brohltal begins right outside the door.

Whether a romantic or simply cozy weekend for two, among friends or with the family, this is the right house. It is located in the middle of forests and fields with only 2 other residential buildings and a few halls in the neighborhood. Excursions to Eltz Castle, Lake Laach or the Moselle are great.
