Luray's Sunshine | XL Hot Tub+Porch Cinema+Pet+Fun

RyanRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Myself and my family were looking for a cabin near Shenandoah for a couple of nights, and Afrina’s property exceeded all expectations. It’s situated far enough out of town to achieve the peaceful tranquility that you might be looking for, yet close enough so that you’re not too far away from local necessities and amenities. The cabin itself is beautiful, has all the up-to-date appliances that you would need, but the real stand out feature is the hot tub! We had a great time and would highly recommend

Sunset Cabin - 15 min to SNP

AbraRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I feel like I walked straight into the pictures in this listing. It was a cozy cabin with a nice hot-tub and grill. We truly enjoyed watching the sunset from the porch while roasting smores over the fire table. We even watched the stars from the deck at night. 4wd/awd vehicle is definitely a must (traction not clearance) we were able to handle the driveway in a BMW sedan. Before we had even booked I asked Lindsey a question and she was extremely quick to respond. She was also prompt and helpful during our stay. 10/10 Hope to stay again. (Also if you hear sounds at night don’t get spooked it’s just deer LOL)

River Access, Hot Tub, Game Shack, Hammocks

SarahRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Lovely home at the top of a mountain in a Shenandoah neighborhood. 4WD is very useful on the steep roads. We traveled with a 3 and 8 year old. The cabin had everything we needed. The beds are comfortable and it was super helpful to have access to a washer and dryer. We even had a surprise black bear visitor to the exterior trash can which made for an exciting trip for all! We felt very safe. The hosts are accommodating of families providing little touches like toys, night lights, and a cool backyard space. We anticipated the game room would be the highlight of our stay but our family much preferred the well maintained hot tub and fire pit. Thanks for a great mountain retreat while we visited Shenandoah!

Modern Cabin w/ King Bed, View, Hot Tub, Fire Pit

SarahRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Perfect Getaway! We had the most amazing honeymoon stay at this Airbnb! The cabin was immaculately clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need—from kitchen essentials to cozy blankets. The hosts truly went above and beyond to make the space welcoming and romantic. The amenities were everything we desired: from spending our evenings soaking in the hot tub, grilling under the stars, to relaxing by the fire pit. They even provided skewers for s’mores! Every detail made our stay feel special and memorable. One thing to note: the road leading up to the cabin is rocky and rough, so I’d recommend visiting in a vehicle that can handle uneven terrain. But—it’s absolutely worth the drive once you arrive. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, private, and beautiful getaway.

Eagles View Cabin, Greatest privacy and views .

BrookeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Ray's cabin was a perfect place to celebrate my husband's birthday! We started with a Shenandoah trail wine tour and came back to enjoy the sunset in the hot tub with a few of our close friends. Ray was proactive and even personally called me to ensure we were ready for the stay. There was even a birthday banner hung inside for the special occasion! Everything was clean and looked just like the photos. The game room was a hit towards the end of the night with basketball and foosball table! We will be back again for sure! thank you so much, Ray!

Mtn. Retreat! Hot Tub, Firepit, Stargazing, SNP!

NatalieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a wonderful stay at the cabin! It was incredibly clean, cozy, quiet and peaceful. The cabin had everything we needed, and we especially appreciated the toddler gear, which saved us from packing extra items. We loved making s’mores by the firepit and curling up with books next to the gas fireplace on cool summer nights. The beds were super comfortable, and everything felt well cared for and inviting. As others have mentioned it’s quite the hike up the dirt road, but we had no problem in a small suv. It was a great retreat and would come back!

Riverfront~ Romantic~ firepit~ pets

AmberRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We loved our stay at the cabin! It almost felt like being in a tree house with the floor to ceiling windows. The river was easy to access and very beautiful. We enjoyed the fire pit and cooking on the grill - it was the best way to cook here since there isn’t an oven. Woke up to the sounds of birds and the river water flowing. There were guests in the other cabin but they were very friendly and quiet - we still felt like we had privacy. The gravel road to the cabin is a little bumpy so just be careful if you have a low car. We went hiking in Shenandoah park, explored luray caverns and checked out some breweries. I think most of those things were about 20-30 mins away. It was worth a little extra travel time for the view and privacy!

My family really enjoyed their stay at the cabin. Upon arrival we noticed the AC was not working. We communicated with Bobby and Andrea immediately and their response was timely and efficient. They had an emergency service person to the house by the next day! The cabin itself was lovely. Had everything we needed. The beds were clean and comfortable. There were enough towels, etc. the kitchen had everything I needed to make simple meals. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely consider staying again!!!

Magical Log Cabin,streams,4 bdrms, pet frndly,WiFi

JanekRating, 5 stars1 week ago
All I can say is wow! I booked Rebecca's place as a one-night stop for a group of us from the UK on a short road trip in Shenandoah. I was hopeful that it would be a good stay based on the photos and description, but I don't think any of us expected how wonderfully cosy, rustic and yet clean and comfortable it would be! There were so many small touches to help us enjoy the stay - for example the fire pit already had logs and kindling arranged and Rebecca had even left S'mores out, so we enjoyed a great night sitting around the fire toasting these and even saw a firefly! Our only regret we all agreed was that we hadn't booked to stay longer - given the location right in between Skyline Drive and Blue Ridge Parkway this is THE place to stay when visiting the area!

Stanley Hollow - 60 Acres, Hiking Trails, Starlink

WadeRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the beautiful, relaxing cabin with great views and surrounding property. From the cabin, we ventured out to hike in the Shenandoah National Park and to tour Luray Caverns. We also hiked a trail on the property to get a clear view of the nearby valley.

We loved this home! This was the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Fahri responded to my questions almost immediately. We had two children with us and there were even games and books in the house for them to enjoy! They really did think of the little amenities that make you feel at home.

Private Valley Views w/ Fire Pit

ClaireRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We only stayed one night at the cabin—but what a night it was! We arrived in the evening and were immediately greeted by a small herd of cows, which absolutely delighted my dairy farmer husband and our farm-loving son. After a week at the beach in a less-than-cozy house with minimal amenities, followed by a full day of walking around Monticello, this cabin felt like a warm hug. The space was incredibly comfortable—recliners everywhere (my kind of paradise!) and plenty of seating for everyone. With two full bathrooms, it made traveling with my family and brother so much easier. The peaceful, scenic view was just the cherry on top. Our kids had a great time too—it’s a wonderful spot for families. We also really appreciated the complimentary coffee in the morning—a thoughtful touch from our hosts. Honestly, we kicked ourselves for only booking one night. Lesson learned… we’ll definitely be back for a longer stay next time!

Cedar Cabin – Pool Pass, Fire Pit,Games & Sunroom!

MayelaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Cedar Cabin was a beautiful place for our family’s weekend getaway! Located in the Massanutten resort, it is very close to everything including the indoor/outdoor waterpark and mini golf course - which were both great facilities for kids! The house has lots of nice upgrades and modern decor making it feel luxurious. The sunroom was our favorite room 😊 This house had everything we needed for our family and AJ & Grace were very responsive and helpful from the moment we booked. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe and we were overall very happy with our stay.

We loved our stay at Green Mountain Lodge. Kevin is a wonderful host and very helpful! He responded quickly when we had any questions or needs. His home is decorated very nicely. There was plenty of room for the seven of us in our family and was very comfortable. My grandkids loved the bunk beds and their own tv and we all loved the pool table. The porch was perfect for peaceful coffee time in the mornings. We had a wonderful relaxing family vacation staying at Green Mountain Lodge.

Relaxing 2BR CABIN, 12 acres, dog friendly, hiking

ShannonRating, 5 stars5 days ago
If you're looking for a worry-free country holiday with your doggos, this is the place. It was so relaxing to be able to let our two run freely in the fenced yard, while still being remote enough to feel you're alone in the woods. We had deer, squirrels, humming birds, fire flies and the neighbour's dog visit. The cabin is really cute yet with all modern comforts and made the experience.

Massanutten|Hot Tub|Bonus room

Our stay at Peaceful Pines for our son’s JMU graduation was great! It was easily accessible to campus and because it was pet-friendly, allowed us to bring our fur baby with us. Mike and April were gracious hosts, quick to respond to questions, and extremely helpful as we planned our trip. The home was spacious and beautifully furnished. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the deck, making s’mores over the fire pit, enjoying burgers cooked on the grill, and playing pool on the 3-seasons porch. I highly recommend Peaceful Pines for anyone visiting JMU and for those looking for a relaxing vacation at the Massanutten Resort.
