The accommodation is fantastically located on the Marne River. We were passing through and enjoyed the relaxing green oasis very much!

VERY PLEASANT ACCOMMODATION. EXPERIENCE TO REPEAT

We spent a night with our daughter between two days at Disney Park. Everything went well. The place was spotless. Towels for the 3 of us were provided (not specified in the listing) so really great. The only small downside for us is the sofa bed at the bottom that serves as a bed that was a little hard. For the rest everything was impeccable. We could book this accommodation again for our next visits. Thank you

A peaceful stay in a very functional and beautiful accommodation (a breathtaking view). The neighborhood is really nice, with lots of small shops and a beautiful garden within walking distance.

Excellent stay in the beautiful accommodation offered by Valentine. Everything was in accordance with the photos and very clean, Valentine was available for the slightest of our requests. We even got a delicious cake for our arrival!

Everything about it is excellent Ideal location close to everything and impeccable apartment condition. The complimentary coffee and tea is a nice bonus after a few hours of travel!

Nelson was more than kind as I stayed the night before flying out. He helped me locate a restaurant open on Sunday (surprisingly good pizza) and when I was worried about locating the car rental return, he sent photos which helped immensely and made it much easier to navigate. The place was spotless and has lovely glass doors to open to let in the breeze. The flat was on the ground floor, so a large light-blocking screen allowed for privacy by lowering it to around knee level while leaving the doors open (or closing it to sleep). There are also blinds that let in lots of light, but they’re not helpful if the doors are open. If you want to return a full tank in a rental, I suggest you do it on your way to the flat - the flat is so close to the terminals you probably won’t pass a station (even the one that’s right before CDG) on your way. Also, the dedicated parking was great - perfect for rearranging items in luggage before loading the car. Overall, perfect for my CDG flight!

Hello, we had a great stay in the apartment offered, the place was peaceful, the area super quiet with no noise around, the host was super responsive to all the requests for instructions we made. We highly recommend this host as well as this property and we thank the host again for the professionalism he has shown!

Great stay at this place, everything is well thought out in every detail so that we had everything we needed. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, very quiet despite the nearby street. The private parking right next door is very convenient but can be full if you come home late, however there are places on the street to park if ever.

Apparently super nice, right in the center and very well equipped. Communication with Adèle is very easy

We had a great stay at Alex’s place! The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible! Although we had a busy schedule while in Paris we made time to sit and enjoy both breakfast and wine on the balcony. Very close to the metro, local markets, and restaurants which was super convenient!

Honestly, this place is really great! The decor is beautiful, everything is very quiet, perfect for relaxing. The jacuzzi is super well placed, and the veranda brings beautiful natural light, it's really nice. I had a great time here, and I think I'll come back without hesitation. Thanks for hosting!

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Everything was perfect!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

Very nice quiet quiet quiet weekend beautiful garden with refreshing pool and a more than favorable weather still a big thank you to my hosts I would recommend.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
