Fantastic apartment with best view in Rovinj! Easy communication - only the best recommendations from our side!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect for us and the location is excellent. There is very easy access to Pula, and for shopping and supplies. The swimming from Sunny Steps was wonderful and we loved being on the balcony looking out over the bay every evening. The local Wakepark bar was great also! I would love to go back and definitely recommend it to others. Thank you!

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very central, everything is within walking distance. Viktorija welcomed us very warmly and was available at all times. We will be happy to come back.

We would like to thank our hosts, Vlatka and Andreas, for the warm welcome. We felt truly cared for during our stay and appreciated the many helpful recommendations on which beaches to visit. The accommodation was lovely — we especially enjoyed the terrace and small garden, all on one level with no stairs, which made everything comfortable and accessible. We took advantage of the paddle board and kayak rentals, which added many beautiful memories to our trip. The area is peaceful, and the walk to the sea — about 10 minutes downhill along a road — was easy even with small children. One of our favorite moments was relaxing on the terrace in the evening, under a sky full of stars, with the fresh summer air and complete tranquility. We would love to return one day. We truly felt at home.

Had some great weeks in this apartment. The host Branko is the best. So responsive, helpful and kind. The apartment has everything you need. It’s fully equipped. The town is one of the best towns you could have. Nice beaches with good bars and restaurants. Medulin is just a 15 minutes drive. We didn’t like Pula. But you have to go to Rovinj. Such a beautiful and nice town. In short: could really recommend this place for a nice outdoor vacation. Lots to do in the town itself but also in the neighbourhood.

We stayed at Alica's place for 11 days, we had a great time. Unfortunately, the first week (from mid-April) was rainy and windy, so we couldn't do so much. But the second week compensated us with 20 degrees and pure sun. In case of rain, the apartment is a little cool (but there is heating) and you can see the slightly older structure, which is no problem in good weather. There was everything you want, even a baby bath. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and the beds are comfortable. The view of the garden, among other things, of an olive tree and the sea tongue, which can be reached in 1 minute on foot, were simply wonderful. There are magnificent beaches and cliffs in the area, which can be reached by car in 10-15 minutes - you can slow down wonderfully here. We will be happy to come back!

Villa Elizabeth was wonderful. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, the lovely garden, the pool, the bikes and scooters. A big 10! We will definitely come back!

Beautiful accommodation much more beautiful than in the photos, very equipped large kitchen, the house has all the comforts possible, TV in the living room with Netflix, TV in the rooms, coffee machine with attached pods, pool towels, courtesy set in the bathroom and much more. We stayed at Natasha´s place during the beginning/low season. We found it very peaceful, clean, well taken care of. Natasha is a great host, caring. The place is ideal for families or groups of friends as there are more apartments. Recommending!

the hostess was very friendly, helpful and always available. we were even allowed to stay in the accommodation several hours in advance and also on the day of departure. the accommodation is very large and has very good facilities, especially in the kitchen. both Pula and the beaches are easily accessible. a supermarket is within walking distance in 2 min. the private pool was great and our son liked it very much. definitely highly recommended :)

A beautiful apartment with very nice hosts! Our apartment was very clean and well appointed. The villa has a beautiful pool area with loungers, the beach/sea can be reached in about 5 minutes walk. Perfect location for a relaxing summer vacation!

We felt very comfortable with Dorijano! We were warmly welcomed and freshly baked cake. The apartment is stocked with everything you need and the beautiful terrace and pool are wonderful. Anna is a person of heart, as you rarely find. With every small problem, she was immediately at our side! She is always cheerful, friendly and very helpful! Your little dog Luna is also great, my children have always been happy about her and liked to pet her! We enjoyed Simon's place very much: A really very nice, sparkling clean apartment with very nice furnishings. In the kitchen there was everything you needed - and even beyond (e.g. a blender, microwave, etc.). Everything is very new and we felt very comfortable! The apartment is located in a quiet area of Premantura, the photos correspond to reality as far as the view of the sea is concerned. Walking, you are at the sea for swimming in 5 minutes - really nice! The contact with Simon went great - he responded to inquiries in the shortest possible time, which was very pleasant, as we wanted to book very short notice. Conclusion: The place is great, Simon is a great host - thanks for everything!

Stoja is really comfortable and quiet as an area, and you can get to the center of Pula in 7/8 minutes by car. We preferred to travel by bus because it is very practical: in a maximum of 12/13 minutes you can get to the central stop (Giardini 3 p&r stop), having a rechargeable card (which Bernarda had already left on the table with about 7 euros inside😍) each trip costs only €0.90. The stop is one minute from the apartment. Also nearby is the Max City shopping center and a bakery. The beach is a minute's walk away and is wonderful. It is rocky, 😍 of course, but almost all the beaches here are. There's not much to say about the apartment, small but beautiful. The veranda and the garden overlooking the sea are very charming, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen and we also used the washing machine. Bernarda, her husband and little Dotty are really kind and helpful. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and hope to see you again ❤️

Wonderful vacation, great location next to the sea. Comfortable bay for swimming and swimming on Kayak. Any issues are resolved instantly, numerous additional bonuses. The hostess is very friendly, traditional Limoncella treats. Denis organized and kindly provided Kayak for swimming in the sea. The host, despite his age, kept very clean around the house and was always ready to help. Thank you so much for your stay, we will definitely come again! Sehr gute Erholung ans Meer! We really liked the apartment. Location is absolutely perfect. The house is only separated from the sea by the beach promenade and the port and the center of Fazana are within a few minutes' walk.

It was an excellent stay, with an excellent and very helpful host. We enjoyed Novigrad the most of the Istrian Coastal towns (just our opinion), it felt clean, safe, charming, and the restaurants were walkable and we had great food and drinks.

A lovely apartment in a quiet location close to the beach and restaurants of Fazana. Very private. Amazingly comfortable bed!
