The apartment is located in a quiet location, only 700m from the city center and 770m from the bottom station of the cable car to Medvědín.

A secluded, original, charming place to stay and rest for both two and family. Regular guests of the surrounding fields are deer and a large number of different bird species. Beautiful views of Chojnik Castle and the Giant Mountains. In the area of rural buildings and farms. Close to hiking trails and great bike routes:) On site wi-fi, high-speed fibre optic internet:) Highly recommend !!!

Bedřichov 101/4 - Špindlerův Mlýn

Literally just a few steps (about 10) and you're at a ski bus stop that will take you to the ski slopes for free. Close to the apartment is a beautiful children's playground and an illuminated ice rink. The location of the apartment is great not only for skiers, but also for tourists. You can comfortably get from us on foot or by bus to the peaks of the Giant Mountains.

We spent an extended weekend in the house and it exceeded our expectations. The house is in a quiet location and you immediately have a holiday feeling. It is very nicely furnished and there is nothing missing in the kitchen. The complex is very clean and nicely decorated. The sauna with garden shower was particularly good. We didn't lack anything. Many thanks to the hosts for the great communication and provision of the great house! We will be happy to return.

We stayed at Jan and Karina’s apartment over the Easter weekend while hiking in the Krkonoše mountains, and it was absolutely perfect for our group (two couples). The layout was ideal, with two private bedrooms and a spacious living room with an open kitchen. The highlight, though, was the stunning view of the mountains and the lake — sipping tea in the morning while soaking in that view was pure bliss. The apartment is exceptionally well-equipped, definitely above the average Airbnb. We felt right at home and found it super easy to cook meals in the mornings and evenings. There were lots of thoughtful, personal touches throughout, and communication with Jan and Karina was excellent from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend this place more — a peaceful, beautiful base for exploring the area!

Had a perfect stay. The apartment was very nice, with all the comforts. The ski lift was right next to the apartment. If we wanted to go to the other slopes, the (free) ski bus also stopped right in front of the apartment. The only downside I could mention is that the wifi often didn't work.

One of the most beautiful houses, in a great location, with great views and perfect amenities, that we (worldwide) have ever had. Lech, the owner, is a great host and communication with him was very easy and relaxed. We would love to come back to enjoy the silence of nature in this magical place.
