Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Main house and studio location seen on photo 14.

The sound of the river in the middle of 6 ha of forest, no road nearby! Hammock, trampoline, swings, sheep, goat... 10 minutes from Concarneau and the beach. No smoking, quiet after 11pm desired. Little network on site Sheets & towels €10 pers/cleaning €40 (80 if more than 4 days) Cleaning is done but will not be suitable for "perfectionist" people who look at everything in detail. Come to disconnect and enjoy this unique place ;) 3 other cottages if needed: 20 people in total

Charming little house near the beaches

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Located in Concarneau on the 3rd (no elevator) and top floor of a quiet condominium in the city center, the apartment (70 m2) has a bright living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. You will enjoy a magnificent sea view. Ideally located to enjoy the beach, the Walled City, the port, restaurants and all the shops in the city center on foot. You will have the opportunity to park in the private parking lot of the residence (assigned space).
