As you can tell from the pictures this place is beautiful. From before even booking Rachel was so helpful and accommodating. Once we checked in only had a minor issue which was remedied in ONE HOUR. Like from the moment I messaged until it was taken care of. I would 100% book with Rachel again. After having a small talk with her she felt like a close friend. The house is immaculate, she is so attentive. Going as far as to leave snacks and drinks for us, then brining eggs from her personal chickens. Very responsive. If you don’t pick this place you will regret it. Made lots of wonderful memories with family.

The place truly felt like a vacation! Did not feel like you were in the city at all. The backyard was such a peaceful oasis to just lounge in the pool, catch a tan and relax. The style and decor of the house were TOO cute!! They made everything so simple to undress like the hot tub and dishwasher by having QR codes to scan for short to the point videos that they made themselves which I found incredibly helpful!! Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay here! The pool is amazing and the area is great. Hosts were very attentive to every need and quick to respond when asked. We’d recommend some minor upgrades to the property for the price (bedding, kitchen utensils, etc) and a clear maintenance schedule timing. However, overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

I don’t know where to start when it comes to this property, Anuja is the absolute epitome of what you want from a host. She is thoughtful and kind, communicative and easy to deal with. The property is beautiful and relaxing. I travel full time and live in Airbnbs while I do, most host are so money only motivated it’s refreshing to find one who genuinely cares that you enjoy your experience. If you need a property in this area 10/10 this is where you need to stay. I am thankful I did.

Went for a weekend with friends and Jeff was very communicative and had clear instructions.

The house was very nice. It was even in the same development as our daughter’s. It was nice having a washer & dryer & a garage to park our car in! All the necessities were convenient. The house was spacious. Great to have access to the pool & exercise equipment!

We had a wonderful stay at the Rose Cottage. Nancy Beth was amazing! She was very prompt at responding and gave great information prior to check in. We were able to check in early to make it to a rehearsal dinner on time. The house was lovely and we felt right at home and relaxed. Downtown McKinney was fantastic and the neighborhood was beautiful. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay again!

This place was exactly what we were hoping for. It was spacious and clean for our family. Bryan was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. We would highly recommend this place for a family to stay and we will definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic experience at Ali’s house. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. We had everything we needed including a washer and dryer, quality coffee and toiletries in the bathroom. We walked into downtown McKinney and met friends at several restaurants. I will be back.

lovely place, very convenient for historic Mckinney and surrounding areas. Had everything we needed and room to spread out for 4. Ashore very clear on communication and responsive (although we didn't need anything!)

I will recommend this place to others because it's an upgraded property that serves the average modern day life expectancy when indoor. All amenities is as described and clean.

Anna Haven was the perfect fit for our trip. The house was exactly as described and as pictured in photos. The house was located close to anything you might need as far as restaurants, fast food, or groceries. And within close proximity to any entertainment and activities, you might want to do in Dallas. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to Dallas.

Beautiful historic home, perfectly balanced with modern upgrades. Great peaceful area, walkable to Downtown McKinney. The home's build and decor work together very charmingly. Plenty of space throughout and outdoors with great amenities. I only wish that I was inside more to use the stove! My son and nephews enjoyed the bunkbeds and picked a different bed to sleep in each night. The king bed in the Master is comfortable with great bedding, fully stocked bathrooms. The hosts really thought of everything.

This was a great place to stay for a long softball tournament weekend! The house is located right by the town square with several restaurants nearby and a short drive to the ball fields. I would stay here again for sure! Becky was a great host and very flexible with check in and check out times.
