On the gallery (17 m²) is the sleeping area for 2 people (double bed 1.8 x 2 m and a reading corner. The bathroom (7 m²) with extra-wide access door has a floor-level shower in addition to the toilet and sink. The shed has space for bicycles.

We offer you a nice and cozy apartment of about 74 m² in Neustadt am Rübenberge in the district of Suttorf. The state capital of Hanover can be reached via the B6 in 25 kilometers. The Steinhuder Meer is 15 kilometers away. The nearest shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi, Famila, Netto, DM, gas station and a bakery are about 2 km away as well as a large Chinese restaurant. Free parking is available on the property for our guests.

There are plenty of retreats and cozy niches by the fireplace. The garden beckons with outdoor seating, swings and a fireplace for long campfire evenings or a walk in the park. Nearby, a large forest invites you to hike or bike. The house is quietly located and has no direct neighbors.

The former bakery in Schweringen was completely renovated as a guest house in 2019 and now offers 2 rooms (1 room with a double bed, 1.40 wide and 1 room with 2 single beds, 90 cm wide) with a shared living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The Weser ferry and the Weser cycle path are right outside the door. Schweringen and the beautiful surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike rides.
