Monthly Rentals in Memphis

A very clean and beautiful home decorated with a lot of thought. I had the most relaxing time here. The host communication, check in instructions, location was all on point! PS: you can see fireflies in the backyard and it’s beautiful!

Cheyenne’s place was perfect. There was enough space for my friends and I to feel comfortable.

We stayed at the house for almost a month with my mother-in-law and 2 kids while my daughter was attending a physical therapy program in Louisville. Overall it worked very well for us. Kendrick and Mel were very helpful with anything we needed during our stay including providing a desk, shower chair, toilet modification and blackout curtains. While not 100% wheelchair accessible due to bathroom and kitchen layout, we were able to make do, and I would recommend this house to families with children who use a wheelchair (hard to find!). Thank you for a great stay.

The Tiny Home is very comfortable and had all the amenities listed. Cindy is a fantastic host. The property manager Drew is very helpful and resolved all of our questions quickly. The property is beautiful and you feel as if you are in the forest even though you are in the city. We did daily walks around the neighborhood and walked to the supermarket. I highly recommend staying at the Tiny Home.
