Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Mendrisio

This appartement was clean and tidy. Windows and balconies on both sides of the appartement building. Easy walk to the nearest pittoresque village centers (1,5 km), two beaches near by, easy to park. On the front side of the appartement building one not so nice looking old construction building which has propably been like that for years. Otherwise very good appartement with the good price. 😊👍

An incredible location with a great garden. We had a lot of fun with our dogs. The location is also excellent for both short and long excursions. The hosts were very attentive and friendly, a real pleasure.

I can’t say enough nice things about IconH! The staff were at all times extremely helpful. The amenities were great; laundry, parking, coworking space, exercise space — all were so nice! The building is very clean and well maintained and secure. The location is ideal, close to shopping and bus lines. I look forward to returning to IconH in the future!

We felt very comfortable in the small, well-appointed apartment. Especially the balcony with the magnificent view, the cozy furniture and the existing privacy was our highlight. The apartment is cozy, clean and well organized, nothing is missing. The location is great, in a quiet area and a stone's throw from a supermarket. I would definitely recommend it. I especially thank Cinzia for her availability and kindness.

This place was perfect for our family. Lots of great places to explore nearby and close to a grocery store. Clean, small, utilitarian. A lovely outside area overlooking the town and the lake to eat your meals and just relax.

We enjoyed the beautifully renovated apartment. Everything present. Beautiful large terrace with plenty of furniture and a beautiful view. Silvano is extremely helpful.

We were in Grandate for one night. Emanuela was super accommodating and always available. Check-in and checkout are very straightforward. Apartment as described. We felt very comfortable.

A great, cozy apartment, with everything you need to feel comfortable quickly. It is very cozy, you look into the countryside, the creek rustles. Our two teenagers loved it too. Fabrizio is a very warm and open host with tips and good information. From our point of view, almost an insider tip if you are looking for nature and still want to shop quickly by bus or stroll through Locarno.

There were five of us. All persons between 60 and 87 years of age. The house really has everything you could wish for - from the furnishings, to the kitchen and bathroom equipment, to the beautiful garden with the magnificent view. There was nothing missing! We were personally received and instructed by Paul and Silvia and therefore immediately felt very comfortable. Due to the central location of the accommodation in the "Sopra Ceneri", excursions throughout the canton are possible within a short time. We recommend arriving by car. Thanks to the charging station for electric vehicles, you have enough "juice" in the battery every morning, even for longer trips. We are already looking forward to the next visit and thank you very much!

Our stay at Cinzia’s place was great, Nesso is a quaint village that is much better than the touristic hussle of Como or Bellagio. It has breathtaking views, great restaurants and very friendly people. Cinzia’s place has everything you could want and more, if we were not in Italy we could cook anything in the full kitchen. Cinzia herself is also an amazing host, very friendly and with great advice. Would love to stay there again soon!

This Airbnb is lovely, very modern on the inside and in a peaceful location away from the city. It’s perfect if you want tranquility but still well located for things to do nearby in Lugano. The place was spacious and clean and perfect for us as a family of four.

This was a return visit and so my expectations were met as the location layout and surroundings were terrific which explains why I came back.

Our stay has been wonderful. We will be sad to leave. The apartment was exactly as described and was perfect for our stay. Simona was a wonderful host. Beautiful accommodation with great views of the lake. Although there is no air conditioning, it was pleasantly cool despite the 30° outside temperature. A small shop and a restaurant are theoretically within walking distance, but you always have a good bit of uphill to go on the way back. However, there is a small customer parking lot at the store. To get to the ferry, you need to walk about 20 minutes along the narrow and busy road. In this case, it is better to take the bus.

Ivana was immediately very helpful and welcoming. The apartment is beautiful, with attention to detail and in a perfect location. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at Lake Como. The accommodation with the view of the lake was phenomenal for the days we were here. I can only recommend it to everyone!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mario's. Her place is spotless: clean, comfortable and decorated with taste. Everything is designed to make guests feel at home. Location is great, the views are great! We recommend 100% and will be happy to come back!

Mavi’s place was just as described: a beautiful location with very comfortable spacious accommodations and stunning lake views from both balconies. Mavi was an attentive host with great local recommendations for dining, swimming and sights to see. Mavi and her mother Carla also helped us make dinner reservations, saved us from a parking faux pas, and picked us up when no taxis were available. They were such thoughtful and kind hosts, and we highly recommend Mavi’s place.

Laura’s place was absolutely welcoming! It felt like a home away from home with everything that we needed. It was close to the ferries that allowed us to visit the middle lake Como towns and was minutes away from a great gelato place. We highly recommend her place if you want a peaceful apartment that’s away from the tourist crowds in Bellagio or Mennagio.
