very nice house, quiet, close to all shops and restaurants. Marc is a very responsive and very kind host. We had a great stay at this accommodation. We highly recommend it.

Just returned after 12 days at the Villa. Lovely location with great views of the sea. Lots of coves to swim from. The Villa was very well equipped with everything thing you could possibly need. We loved the different areas to sit throughout the day. Very good restaurant just down the road. We walked to nearby towns Cala Toret and Punta Prima. All in all a wonderful holiday.

For a group of 6 this was perfect! Great location with stunning views, and easy access to the beach. The steps are not for the weak! Fab host, always very proactive and accommodating, couldn’t recommend enough! A tad noisy at times due to some minor renovation next door, but no complaints at all! Perfect overall

A lovely rustic, spacious and clean apartment right beside the sea. Amazing views, quiet village, away from the crowds with 2 good restaurants. Gloria, our host was always friendy and happy to help out if needed. We really enjoyed our stay in Sa Mesquida

We had a fabulous holiday with our daughter, son-in-law and our two grandsons (2yrs and 6mth Olds). The Villa catered for all our needs and the swimming pool guard for our 2 yr old was a godsend. The Villa is so beautiful with a contemporary style. The furnishings are very stylish. We really couldn’t fault anything. The location is private and quiet with everything just 5 minutes walk away. We had a fabulous dinner at Francesca’s one evening which is very nearby and would highly recommend. Jose Luis was the perfect host ensuring all our needs were met! We can’t wait to return soon!

Excellent house, it was really clean and with everything just to spend a few days in Menorca. The perfect location, close to a couple of very nice coves and with a mini market on the corner, which has everything to get out of the way in any urgency. The house meets perfectly… ideal for a comfortable family of 7 people I'd come back again anyway.

David is always available and responsive to answer our questions. His apartment is very well located, very well equipped with a terrace and a pool that is highly appreciated. Upon our arrival, small friendly touches awaited us. A parking space is available with the apartment, the neighborhood is very quiet. We'll be back.

We just spent a week here and absolutely loved it. The villa is so spacious and well equipped with all we needed for a great holiday. There’s supermarkets round the corner and it’s an easy walk to the marina. I hadn’t noticed that the main bedroom was upstairs with the two others downstairs. We didn’t want to sleep on a separate floor to our 2 year old so had to use one of the downstairs bedrooms which had two single beds that weren’t overly comfy, so just something to bear in mind if you have young children. Victor was an excellent host, extremely responsive and helpful and getting access to the villa was easy. We had a lovely peaceful week, thank you!

Puri has always been precise and punctual, providing a whole series of information about the house and Minorca in advance. The house is very nice, clean, equipped with everything you need. We stayed at the villa for 8 nights in June. Dan was highly responsive and provided clear instructions. The Villa is as shown in the photos - well presented with a nice pool/outside dining area and well equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and thoroughly recommended this villa.

Our stay in Menorca was wonderful. Easy check in and check out. Extremely easy to find, came with all the essentials, and location is excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone. Would recommend having a car to get around the island, but there is tons of parking at this Airbnb so nothing to worry there.

An amazing stay at this beautiful villa… the views don’t disappoint! We found it so peaceful and the pool was the perfect size and temperature for us to enjoy any time of day. The area is lovely and quiet, we were a little concerned when we booked about the airplane routes, but they pass so quickly and so infrequently they didn’t disturb us at all. It’s my tenth time to the island and definitely my favourite place to stay so far. We stayed with our toddler and baby, so the size was perfect - and we were all very happy. I’d definitely recommend and come back to stay again. Jorge was also very easy and lovely to deal with.

We spent 4 weeks in this house with 7 month old baby. The house offered everything we needed for our stay - very clean, well equipped and we felt the love that went into decorating this place. Especially the garden and the terrace were great for our child to play outside and for us to enjoy our morning coffee. Big thank you especially to Claudia for organising a crib for us. In general the communication with Claudia was super easy, informative, proactive and very fast. Additionally we made use of the offer to get a cleaning fresh up, which was extremely well organised, super thorough and affordable. Thank you very much for a wonderful time. Lovely stay at this villa, stayed elsewhere in Son Bou previously but this was very homely, in a great location and the view was second to none. The air con was a bit dated and we had a few issues but I do not want to rate down based on this as it was out of the owners control, they were very responsive and did all they could to solve any problems as fast as possible. I would be happy to return here in the future ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very large villa with a lovely pool. Lots of amenities, very well equipped. Lovely welcome basket on arrival too. Unfortunately the house opposite is having building works done so it was very loud all week and the road was dug up so we couldn’t leave the driveway. Overall a good location, a lovely small beach a 5 minute walk away, a shop and restaurant even closer. Or go the other way and there are plenty of restaurants 10 minutes walk away. A play park round the corner too.

Absolutely amazing stay! One of my favorite Airbnbs I’ve stayed in yet. Pat was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole check in and trip process. Really loved the location of the house, and there was a free car park near by. The house also is absolutely beautiful, better than the photos. Hope to stay again one day!
