Beautiful villa with great views of Fornells Bay, in a very quiet residential area, 100 meters from the coast. It has a private pool, a nice garden and air conditioning. It has two floors: the first with a living room, a kitchen with an office, a pantry, a laundry room with a patio, a double room, a full bathroom and an outdoor dining room. The lower floor has the master bedroom, with a dressing room and a nice bathroom with a jacuzzi and shower, 2 single bedrooms and 1 double, and a bathroom.

Welcome to our private, 3-bed, 2-bath, villa in Cala 'n Porter! Our updated beach house offers a pool (not heated), jacuzzi, chill-out roof terrace, BBQ, bath towels, bed linens, exercise equipment, washer and dryer, books, games, an office workstation, and a 32" Samsung Smart TV. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach and a few blocks from many bars/restaurants and the local grocery store. This is our vacation home, and it holds a special place in our hearts. We hope you feel right at home too!

Apartment on a private plot in Calan Blanes (Ciutadella) completely renovated, furnished and equipped. The apartment is in a very quiet, residential area without car noise. It has a dining room with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen (gas countertop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and two coffee makers, one capsule and the other traditional). The back has a patio and a room where the washing machine is located. JACUZZI available from JULY 1 to SEPTEMBER 30.

It's great for couples and families. The location is unbeatable: a few meters from the beautiful cove of Santandriá where you can walk (five minutes). You can also visit Ciutadella, a unique place in the Mediterranean, a five-minute drive away. And its pool is spectacular.

Villa Linda has been my family's summer house for more than 50 years. The villa was completely renovated in 2017, with great care and attention to detail. The 250m² house is located in a spacious 1000m² garden with a fantastic private pool and an outdoor pergola with a barbecue. All details have been taken care of: a great living room-kitchen of 70m², with all amenities, 5 double and spacious bedrooms (two of them with en-suite bathrooms), and even a private garage.
