"Maison des Oliviers" is a charming, authentic village house, with a private garden and parking right outside. The house has 2 bedrooms, an open mezzanine (with a double bed), kitchen/dining room, a living room with a fireplace, and 2 bathrooms. The garden is idyllic with grape vines, a quiet dining area with barbecue, and a beautiful olive tree in the middle. (Parkingplace outside) The house is located in the heart of the charming old village in Saint Jeannet, just 30 min from Nice airport.

Newly refurbished charming village house with private courtyard in the heart of Roquebrune old town, decorated by a local architect to upgrade amenities but preserve its historical characteristics. The house is totally independent, with just a 7 min drive from Monaco, 3 min to the beaches and 5 min to Menton and the Italian border. Beware Roquebrune village is a medieval town totally pedestrian, in order to reach the house there are steps on the way so not suitable to limited mobility guests.

Situé à proximité de toutes les commodités, à 10 mn du centre-ville de Grasse, 20 mn de Cannes et 20 mn du Lac St Cassien....l'accès à l'autoroute est également à 10 mn pour visiter la Côte d'Azur.....

La BERGERIE

La Bergerie offers 35 m² plus garden furniture. There are two identical rentals on site that are offered to you. The swimming pool is in the middle of the centuries-old olive trees, located on a small isolated hill and offers views of the valley, it is to be shared. The rentals are located in a 4-hectare property The agricultural part is separated from the space dedicated to tourist stays. We accept four-legged companions (outside the pool), in principle, with a small surcharge.
