Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Mérignac

My husband and I recently returned from a month-long stay at Alexandre and Precillia’s home. Our stay was perfect in every sense. The home was exactly as pictured, the location unbeatable for exploring all of Bordeaux and several day trips to the Left and Right Bank as well as Arcachon, etc. The walking distance to the tram and local grocery store(s) was also a nice benefit. A bit more about the home, it was very clean, well-organized and extremely comfortable. The washing machine and basement space were also very convenient; the basement kept our wine purchases at a perfect temperature! We felt safe and secure. It must be noted I am a persnickety traveler; we would stay again. Alexandre and Precillia we great hosts, accommodating, thoughtful and always available for questions or assistance. Your stay will not be disappointing.

Nous avons loué le gîte pour la deuxième fois, c’est donc que nous avons été satisfaits, lieu très tranquille et agréable, bien équipé et qui appelle au repos.

We had the loveliest week here. It’s a beautiful property, in a idyllic spot on the river, with a lovely pool and garden. The inside of the property was beautiful and felt brand new! We found we could walk to the train station and into the small town easily to explore the area. You will also have the friendliest hosts! Thank you for a memorable stay

Auguste's home was perfect for a family holiday. The house is large, airy and features lots of areas to relax and socialise in. The surrounding gardens, pool and dock are stunning. The home is situated at a quiet lane with Auguste next door. He was an attentive and helpful host and gave us all the space we needed. Our group did not have a car so relied on taxis, with mixed results - so keep that in mind. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It had everything we needed and Sonia took the time to give us advice on local sights and things to do. She walked us through everything and it was easy to settle in. It’s a beautiful home for both staying in and heading out to Bordeaux

Amazing, unique apartment. Very quiet and private, but still close to neighborhood restaurants and an easy walk to local attractions and shops. Henry is a great host - he was very helpful and friendly, and provided a great list of restaurants and activities. Definitely recommend!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement familiale, coloré et chaleureuse de Marianne. Etant en plein centre, nous avons découvert la belle ville de Bordeaux à pied en profitant des multiples terrasses et restaurants. L'appartement est grand, traversant, ancien, et a beaucoup de charme avec ses vieux parquets qui grincent . Nous étions 4 adultes nous avons trouvé les lits de très bonne qualité. La salle de bain et la cuisine ont vécu, mais cela nous a vraiment pas dérangé. L'accès depuis l'aéroport en ligne A, vous emmène en 40 minutes, en ligne directe, littéralement devant la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble. Appartement à recommander vivement !

Christophe's flat is smack in the centre of Bordeaux, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and bars right within five minutes' walk. Despite this it was almost silent as it faces away from the roads. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was fantastic since it was over 30C when we were there! Christophe himself is friendly and helpful and responded quickly to my questions about the wifi and washing machine. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Laurence's apartment. It was charming, well equipped, and perfectly located. The tram was a short walk away and the area was filled with restaurants and shops. Laurence answered all messages promptly, and provided clear and detailed instructions for checking in. We would highly recommend the apartment!

Maison dans un lotissement calme et peu fréquenté. À proximité, les voies d'accès à la rocade et aux commerces. La maison est joliment décorée, elle entourée d'un beau jardin. Pas de soucis pour le stationnement. La description faite est fidèle à l'annonce et Françoise est attentive à ce que tout se passe bien.

Kommunikation super. Ein- und Auschecken unkompliziert. Die Lage vom Haus sehr schön. Das Haus und Garten sehr sauber. Der Pool ein Traum. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt und hat ein elektrisches Tor um mit dem Auto reinzufahren, super Privatsphäre. Unsere Highlights waren der Grill und die Fahrräder.

Absolutely stunning villa, great to share with friends and family. The location was perfect, very tranquil, a beautiful vista to wake up to every morning. Very spacious villa, with great facilities. Super host, very speedy to reply to any questions and gave some super recommendations. Very flexible on check in, check out time too!

WOW!! Just returned from a week at James & Eileen’s villa in Bourg to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary . There were 14 of us- 9 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 children. All info provided prior to arrival by the hosts and the house mgt team (James, Lisa and Joe) was 5*! The check in/out & on hand support during our stay was absolutely flawless . This villa is stunning - more impressive than the photos! Bourg is a beautiful rural village and the villa was extremely spacious - perfect for family gatherings, beautifully decorated and felt sumptuous. Ambiance laid on for ourarrival& amenities for guests are unlike other private villas on offer for a party of our size .Felt immediately like a home from home.Pool was immaculate, all bedrooms beautifully furnished and living/lounge/cooking areas were of such a high standard. Villa in a superb location for exploring the vineyards. Recommend renting bikes to explore, enjoy BBQs at the villa, markets&citadel in Blaye. BOOK

Maison idéalement placée pour visiter la région, Bordeaux, bassin d'Arcachon et Lacanau océan, les vignobles. La maison est très bien comme sur les photos.

Nous avons passé un excellent grand week-end dans ce très bel endroit. Nous étions 14 adultes et tout le monde a beaucoup apprécié le lieu, la maison, le jardin avec la piscine, le brasero…La maison est très confortable, très bien équipée et très bien décorée. L’emplacement est superbe, au bord de l’eau sur la route de la corniche, très agréable à parcourir à pied ou à vélo. Et l’accueil de Denis est parfait!

Très belles prestations pour cette maison très bien équipée et décorée, avec des matériaux de qualité. Un environnement calme et paisible, à part le bruit des animaux hôtes de ces lieux. On ne manque pas d'activités sur place ou à courte distance. Idéal pour un séjour entre amis avec de grands espaces intérieurs et extérieurs.
