La maison est située au fond de notre jardin, dans un environnement calme, avec accès indépendant à pied et jardin privé rien que pour vous. Le stationnement s’effectue facilement dans une rue gratuite à proximité, pour un séjour en toute sérénité. Emplacement idéal : commerces à 5 minutes à pied (boulangerie, épicerie, pizzeria, tabac/presse, pharmacie, etc.).

It is close to a shopping center, airport, train station, restaurants, art and culture because of its position in relation to tram stations A and F, buses (beaches), and bicycles. You will love our place because of the tranquility, amenities, comfort, availability and responsiveness. Your accommodation is suitable for solo or business travelers, 1 couple with 2 children or 3 adults with a child from 0 to 3 years old.

Le logement de plain pied est indépendant de la maison et totalement réservé aux voyageurs ; refait à neuf, situé au calme au fond du jardin de notre maison, sans bruit de circulation ni d’avions. La baie vitrée donne sur un jardin potager et vous bénéficiez d'une petite terrasse avec brise vue séparatif. La climatisation réversible a été installée en juillet 2025 dans la chambre. Depuis janvier 2026 nouvelle literie queen size (160x200) dans la chambre.
