Refurbished Duplex Apartment in Historic Italian Village

This two bedroom, one bath unit offers private parking for up to four cars; private entry; it's own patio and a semi-private backyard (shared with the other side of duplex). A nice double-sized air mattress is also available with extra bed linens. Also included in the unit are a private W/D for use, ironing board, toiletries, wifi, ROKU and a fully stocked kitchen. Guests have access to half of the parking pad in back (fits up to four cars, stacked). Directly behind their side of the unit. We live in the unit next door. We are available as needed and you may see as as we come and go but aim to keep our interactions limited so as not to interrupt your experience. However, if you should need anything we are there to help. Located in historic Italian Village and part of the vibrant Short North Arts District, the neighborhood is rich with activity. Worth checking out are the new gym, brewery, and pool. The area is filled with galleries and dining destinations. Fortunately so much entertainment can be had within walking distance. However, Columbus does have Uber, Lyft, Bird Scooters, Lime Scooters (and Bikes), CoGo (Free city bikes) and more. Just 1 mile from downtown. Close to the best of Columbus nightlife/downtown bars restaurants and shops. Close to the short north and 5 miles from CMH airport. This 3k sq foot home has been fully remodeled and updated with a rustic/modern feel. With 10' ceilings and 3 finished floors there is plenty of room to breathe. Rebecca‘s home was beautiful and exactly as the picture and description showed. Everything about staying here worked so perfect for our family! We were able to walk to the park, Dairy Queen, and downtown Canal Winchester. The back porch was peaceful and we spent nights with family visiting, grilling out and roasting s’mores. Her home was very comfortable and extremely clean and Rebecca had everything on hand with tons of extra touches that you don’t typically find! We will definitely be back!

This is a great space for a good-sized group to stay in the beautiful and historic German Village area. Easy to walk to great restaurants, quick drive to other parts of Columbus. Everything was immaculately cleaned and all amenities worked well for us. All in all, we had an awesome trip thanks to Sarah’s excellent service and accommodations. Would definitely recommend to friends!

The circus house was fabulous! It was so cool to stay in a historic home in a beautiful neighborhood! The house was large and well appointed. Stylish!! The hosts and the owners were very friendly. Lots of extra towels and sheets and the kitchen was well appointed. I would suggest the air conditioning to have a thermostat upstairs where the bedrooms are and that at least one of the bedrooms to have a king size bed. I would have appreciated some information on local favorite restaurants and attractions. I plan on staying again when I’m back in town!

All five adults thoroughly enjoyed MaryBeths house. She was extremely responsive and helpful during all phases of booking. The house has plenty of room, 3.5 bathrooms and a beautiful yard. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay at MaryBeth’s again when in town.

This cute Airbnb was perfect! Lynn is an excellent host with great communication that goes above and beyond. There was a power outage due to a thunderstorm right before my check in which caused the smart lock to malfunction. Lynn contacted me immediately, and together we resolved the issue. The location is right across the street from a huge outdoor mall which is so convenient. I would highly recommend this Airbnb when in Ohio!

The apartment was excellent. It was easy to locate, and the parking was very convenient. The rooms were spacious and comfortably furnished with incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. The host was highly responsive and the check-in and checkout instructions were very clear. I highly recommend this place if you’re ever in the Columbus area.
