House holiday rentals in Merion Village, Columbus

Words cannot describe how awesome our experience was. The decor was fabulous. The amenities were beyond what we expected. The beds were like sleeping on clouds. The neighborhood was was walkable and close to a small community park. A few minutes drive will get you to downtown Westerville or Polaris Mall. A variety of grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. The woodsy setting gave us the feeling of seclusion. If you are looking for a family escape or a girls/guys getaway, this is the place to be.

Our host was extremely communicative and helpful, instructions were clear and the home was exactly as described. Amenities were top-notch--the pool was enjoyed by all and the other outdoor areas were terrific. With our large group, there was plenty of room to gather (as well as smaller spaces for close conversation!) for meals and time together.

Nice clean house that is quite spacious for a family or large group. The three and a half bathrooms are especially generous. My only mark, which is not a critique of the house or owner, is that the street is quite clogged with cars from the neighbors. Apparently they don’t know what the driveways and garages are intended for. Regardless, parking in the driveway here is a bonus. Overall the neighborhood is nice. Plenty of shopping, dining and grocery nearby. If you aren’t from the area, the drivers are horrendous; typical city pretense and aggression so nothing unusual. I will gladly stay here again.

We had the most fun and relaxing weekend here, enjoying the pool and hot tub, taking in the gorgeous surroundings, and sharing meals in the comfortable and homey kitchen and dining areas. Char was a wonderful host! She clearly communicated instructions, provided suggestions for restaurants and activities nearby, and made us feel welcome in her home. I would highly recommend staying here for a gathering with family/friends!

Second time staying in this location and absolutely love it. Great home and location! We love the pool/hot tub it is huge and perfect to relax in! I can’t say enough great things about this place! We will definitely be back for round 3!

We have stayed here a few times and the house is very nice.

The Polish House is really great for a relaxed stay in a busy city. The space is simply furnished, but there is room for you to fit all your luggage comfortably, and the kitchen is well stocked with equipment for making nice meals at home!

We traveled to Columbus for Anime Convention. Kathy's place was excellent! Very clean, cozy and inviting. Super comfortable beds. Kitchen is stocked with all the necessities. And the location is perfect, just about 7 minutes to Convention place. We had a great stay and would highly recommend Kathy's place to anyone.

Romas place was fabulous! It was extremely convenient having toys, books, baby bath, pack and play and children’s dinnerware in the house so I didn’t need to pack all that! House was clean, instructions were clear and the house was updated throughout.. Loved the mud room when you first walk in to leave your coats and shoes etc. K cups in the kitchen so I could make a coffee as soon as we arrived. My toddler loved the bunk beds! They weren’t the most comfortable but she slept just fine. Master bathroom was gorgeous. The street the house is on is a beautiful neighborhood but when we ventured out for pizza the surrounding area seems sketchy -nothing to deter me from staying here again though. If I ever make the trip to Columbus again I’ll def book Romas!

This was the perfect place for me and my friends we had such an amazing time. The hot tub was so nice and we had so much fun with the air hockey table. Place was clean and so cute. Kellie was such a sweetheart.

Brittany’s place was a great stay for our family visiting the Columbus area for a wedding. We were able to walk to a playground for our 2 year old and were within a 10 minute drive to a lot of other parks and walkable trails during our down time. The upstairs bedrooms were a little warm during the heat of the day but did cool off in the evening to making sleeping tolerable. Overall great place to stay and would book again!

Sergey promptly responded to all of my questions and check in was very easy. Home is beautifully decorated and designed and was amazingly clean and comfortable. Came in town for event but would definitely stay again or recommend

This was my first time visiting the city and this was a incredible property. I had slight problem finding the exact unit but that was more the fault of google maps not Airbnb or the host. The property was clean and easy to access felt it was close enough to downtown where everything was within a relatively short commute. The host was very responsive and very professional. The property itself is a small studio so I think that no more than 2 people should book this property. I being a solo traveler enjoyed it well. My favorite thing about the property was they have this little lounge area with patio furniture just out front with this huge lawn and I can see it being very nice during the summer months. Overall the property had everything you would need for a short little stay in Columbus. Cozy, Clean and Centrally located made it an ideal place to stay in Columbus.

This house will not disappoint! Not only is it beautiful, it is better than described. We really enjoyed our stay. They were so communicative throughout the entire process, and I would love to stay there again. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

This place is the best location! I sat outside a lot, walked to the beautiful park that is right across the street. There are restaurants, coffee shops, book stores, gift shops and easy access to the freeway. Also street parking was always available. Even tho we only had one car so we parked in the driveway, if you have additional cars street parking pops up all day long. Anytime I emailed Wayne he was quick to respond and always super friendly. I hated at this house with my mother for 10 days and it was sad to leave. The beds were so comfortable. The shampoo and conditioner was good stuff. You really don’t need much while you’re there. We felt right at home in this place. The surround sound was also a brilliant touch for this place. It was a little more pricey than a few other spots I was looking but it was worth it!

Great location in German village and brewery district. Beautiful patio. Freshly remodeled/renovated! Very up to date kitchen and furnishings

We had a wonderful stay for the State Track Meet! Local was only 12 minutes for Jesse Owens.

Thanks for the great stay! It was perfect for our long weekend getaway and there was lots for us to do and see in the area. The house accommodations were perfect for the five of us.

We really enjoyed our first stay at The Tack House! It was such a great and walkable location. The house was super clean and well decorated and stocked with all of the necessities. I loved the decor and whole vibe of the house. We felt right at home. I was also pleasantly surprised at how big the shower was! We were extremely happy with our stay and it was a lot of fun getting to walk to nearby restaurants and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We would definitely stay here again!
