Wonderful place to spend before our cruise. Well stocked and plenty of beach amenities. Close walk to the beach. Very clean and perfect place for beach getaway.

Host was extremely helpful, assisted with getting wheelchair from a local supplier. Also, helped us arrange the drop off and pick up with medical supply. The views with the dolphins and rockets were amazing to see from the balcony. We had everything we needed to be comfortable in the condo. We were able to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. The beach chairs, towels and supplies were an added bonus, we took advantage of having those to use! Thank you again!

first impression was woow!! Such a cutie little place. very clean. They supplied everything we needed and much more. 10/10 Absolutely perfect stay and will be saving this spot for future trips.

Perfect place to catch our breath after our first ever family cruise. Easy drive from the cruise ports, Kennedy Space Center, lots of restaurants and shopping. Kitchen had everything you could need and more, the brita pitcher saved us from needing to stock up on bottled water (our family goes through a lot of water), and the coffee pot was perfect with duel k-cup and drip carafe. So many fun games that we didn't even get to but wished we had, kids had plenty of toys to play with. Laundry is not in the unit but there is coin laundry on both levels so we never had to wait on a washer/dryer. Beach is a block away, easy walk, and plenty of room to spread out unlike many beaches we've been to where it feels like everyone is a foot away from your space. Rowina provides all the beach essentials... camping chairs, beach toys, bodyboards, beach towels, and I believe I saw an umbrella in there but we brought our own shade. Only thing I wish I had brought was my surfboard. Wonderful Stay!

I stayed here for a business trip and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The condo is oceanfront with beautiful views from the 6th floor, and inside it feels brand new - clean, modern, and thoughtfully decorated. It was quiet and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day at work. I can also see this being perfect for a couple’s getaway. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a clean, hassle-free stay right on the beach.

We go away once a year and always try to find a beachfront property with a balcony view. This unit was exceptional, very spacious, and had a gorgeous view of the ocean! It’s also a “launch look out”, and we were lucky to catch a launch the first night we stayed! It took off right over the condo towards the ocean. The kids were so excited! The pool was heated and clean, kids played in it for hours as the wind was a little too strong for enjoying the beach. The hot tub was set at about 104 and was large. The other people there were so friendly and recommended great places to take the kids. Mini golf, Mexican restaurants, shopping, and ice cream shops all within a few city blocks. Golf and Gator was a blast! The kids got a photo holding a baby gator. The host was so friendly and responsive. No complaints. Everything was fantastic. No surprises, everything squeaky clean. Huge fridge I highly recommend this stay for young families as it had two baths, two beds, three big tv’s. Will be

Kristin’s place was beautiful and the perfect place for a quiet weekend! We couldn’t have asked for better, the pool was right around the corner and the condo had everything we needed and more!

My wife and I really enjoyed the relaxing few days we got to spend here. The balcony facing the ocean was a joy. We saw many dolphins and cruise ships off in the distance. The beach was not busy at all , which was a blessing. Evan communicated very well to some work that was being done on the building. We would stay again.

The condo was perfect for my fiancé and myself. Just steps from the beach and easy access to other areas. The beach was peaceful with not a lot of people. Kelly was the perfect host. She had good ideas in her guest book that was in the condo. Checking in and out was super easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location near the port for our cruise, it was so easy. Restaurants nearby. Katie was super friendly, and the United had everything we needed. Would recommend!

Great stay in a perfect location! The house was a great size for the four of us plus a baby — spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. We especially enjoyed our mornings on the deck overlooking the pond — so peaceful. The pool was just across the parking lot and very clean, which was a big plus. The hostess was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely book again!

Pedro’s place was everything I could ask for. 1/2 mile from a great beach, several restaurants walkable distance The condo was immaculate. I enjoyed every minute of my vacation. Great place for vacation.

Stuart was a very responsive host (especially when i forgot something and he was able to help me get back in to find it). Such a great place to stay, just steps from the beach. The building was fairly occupied when we stayed, but the pool area never felt crammed, nor was noise an issue from other guests.

Olga was very accomidating to our schedule. Very easy to communicate with. Condo was as decribed. We enjoyed our stay and will be booking again when the time comes.

This is my third day in this beautiful condo, well decorated clean as can be, beautiful kitchen, full refrigerator. Extremely comfortable and right on the beach as well as within walking distance to restaurants and stores. I will be back. The hosts are amazing! Thank you, David and Eileen….

This place was perfect for our family’s spring break vacation! The resort had everything we could have wanted!! The pool was refreshing and not overcrowded, especially in the early evening. The kids loved the game room - complete with pool tables and an air hockey machine. The beach was so relaxing. There are umbrellas and chairs available to rent if needed. The walk to the beach is short - right down the wooden pathway. The showers along the way are great to rinse off the sand before heading back upstairs. The unit itself was pristine. We scored a spot on the 4th floor, so we had a great ocean view off the side of the balcony. There was plenty of space for 4 of us, and the well-stocked kitchen was wonderful for cooking meals in the evening! There is also an incredible seafood place 1/2 mile away - right next to Publix. We are already excited for the next time we’re able to visit!! Thanks so much for the perfect trip! ☺️

Beautiful Condo and excellent location to the beach. Easy check in and check out. The Condo has onsite food and within clubhouse activities. Very peaceful stay that we would love to return too.

I absolutely loved this condo! The location couldn’t be better—right on the beach with stunning views and just steps away from great local bars, restaurants, and more. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was extremely accommodating to all our requests and very flexible, which made the experience even better. Perfect spot for both relaxation and enjoying the local vibe. I’d definitely stay here again!

The condo was very nice. Wish we could have stayed longer . Beach access and amenities were nice though with our short stay we definitely weren’t able to take advantage of them. I guess we’ll save those for next visit. Thanks :)

This is a BEAUTIFUL condo! It is right next to the ocean and, with our four month old baby, it was super nice to be able to easily go back and forth from the beach to the condo for naps, food, etc. The condo is also near the pool and everything was clean and nice! One of our favorite places we’ve stayed! Highly recommend!

Pats condo was wonderful for ours girls trip this year! Million dollar view from the balcony & fabulous open concept kitchen/dining/living room area. Kitchen is very well supplied! Great quiet condo-wonderful pool. Beach is steps away and we went every day. Pat supplied everything you need for the beach too—minus an umbrella which can be rented right on the beach—3 min walk away! She also quickly responded to any questions and provided anything we needed! I was ready to rent this condo again right away but the dates we are returning are already rented..bummer for me! Thank you for a great week Pat! We hope to be back sometime!😊
