The loft can accommodate up to 6 people, has a modern kitchen, daylight bathroom with tub & shower and cozy living and sleeping rooms. Restaurants, cafés and the Saale river promenade are within easy walking distance.

In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

Since it is a property in nature, everything is never perfect or completely finished - but everything built and laid out with love.
