An easy 5-star rating. The place is beautiful, right in downtown Saintes, walking distance to amazing restaurants and the city center. Anne and Lionel are SO kind and helpful, and made me feel right at home. The space was clean and inviting. I would return in a heartbeat! Thank you, Anne and Lionel, for a superb experience!

Super apartment in a very quiet part of Saintes, at only a 10 minutes walk from the historic center. Parking right in front of the house! The apartment is super spacious and practical, and the deco is top. We loved the outside space where we took our breakfast in the morning sun. Very relaxing!! Many thanks to Bea and her husband for their hospitality.

We loved the place, clean , spacious, quiet and nicely decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped and for bikers, 4 bikes ready to go as the bike lane is just outside the house

Very nice accommodation, in line with the description and even beyond our expectations regarding the garden which is huge, very well furnished and perfectly maintained. The indoor pool was appreciated in view of the mixed weather. We had a great weekend with friends! I would recommend it in a second.

We were two families with 5 children in total and had a great stay at Stéphane's! The place is ideal, very well located, close to the beach. The children had a great time and the adults did too! Housing that allowed my wife, my child and myself to have a pleasant stay. Guillaume was very anxious to make sure that our stay went in the best way. He took into consideration the fact that we had an 8-month-old baby, preparing his bed and high chair. The pool was at our disposal, clean and maintained. Really great. Thanks to Guillaume.

The accommodation perfectly matched our expectations and we were even pleasantly surprised by all the equipment that was in the accommodation.
